Sony M10S II hotspots on screen

Hello,

I just purchased a Sony inzone M10S Il but the box was not sealed when it arrived.

I wanted to check the power on time to make sure that it is new, but Sony apparently don’t provide the details via the OSD nor through their software.

I ran a few burn in test videos on YouTube and found 4 lighter hotspots when displaying certain colours. I also attached photos of the same signal displayed on my current LG monitor vs the Sony. The hotspots are only visible on the Sony.

What are these 4 hotspots and why are these only visible when displaying certain shades of grey/colour? The hotspots coincide with the area where the electronics are so is this some sort of manufacturing defect?

Thanks in advance.

[UK] [H] PayPal [W] UK keycaps from GMK dualshot 2 kit

Hi everyone,

I have a GMK Dualshot 2 Base Kit, but I’m missing the UK ISO keys. Unfortunately, the International Kit seems to be out of stock everywhere.

If anyone has the International Kit and isn’t using the UK keycaps, I’d be happy to buy them from you.

Please let me know if you’re willing to sell.

Thanks in advance!

Best layout for a 315cm wide master bedroom?

Hi everyone,

I’m in the process of buying a property and would really appreciate some advice on how to furnish and maximise the storage in the master bedroom.

My current idea is to place a UK super king bed (180 × 200 cm) against the left-hand wall and install a full-height, custom-built wardrobe along the entire right-hand wall.

The room is only 315 cm wide, so with a 200 cm long bed and a 60 cm deep wardrobe, that leaves just 55 cm of clearance between the bed and the wardrobe.

Is that enough space to be practical for everyday use, or would it end up feeling too cramped? If you’ve tackled a similar layout, I’d love to hear what worked for you or if you’d suggest a different arrangement to make the most of the room.

Thanks in advance!

Do these bricks look good?

Hello, I viewed a terraced house today and noticed a few cracks on the front façade.

It appears that the original render may have been removed at some point, which has certainly improved the appearance of the property. However, I wondered whether the façade may have been damaged during that process.

I would appreciate your opinion on the condition of these bricks. Do they look like something that could indicate a more significant issue, or am I perhaps being overly cautious?

Thank you in advance for your advice.
