Loveeeee my neighborhood walks!! I try to get out to walk at least 3-4 x a week in addition to lifting weights 4-5x a week.
Helps me clear my head, also gives me a good time to listen to podcasts, or yap on the phone with friends and family 💗 Love that it’s staying light out so late now that summer is beginning as I can push my walk later and later in the day 😆
Idk about you guys but I am totally a workout procrastinator and then stress when I run out of time to get it in!! Thankfully today I was able to make everything work 💪🏼
