first new leaf coming out upside down

i bought this florida green a while back and its been rooted into a moss pole by now. the leaves were all going one way so i assumed i attached it to the moss pole correctly, but the new leaf seems like it wants to face the other way. did i royally mess up or is this normal? its already got roots on the "back" side so idk what ill do if i did it wrong

name suggestions?

im taking this lil thang home soon once shes off formula. i havent had her sexed but im hoping shes female just so that she is more likely to keep the spots. but will love regardless of course!

shes ben quite mellow the past couple times ive gone to visit, and has let me pet her cheeks/head, but the last time i went she had an attitude and kept biting! maybe because she just started weaning off formula and is grumpy about it? or maybe the shop was busy and she was overwhelmed. shes quiet at times but can have a nice lil chirp once she gets going. she prefers to be on my shoulder rather than hand of chest, whether thats just where she feels most secure or if its because she can see the baby room (aka her feeder) through the window behind my seat idk lol.

anyways, some names ive thought of: qr code, newspaper (both of which have gotten significant pushback from family lol), powder, and smudge. i really love when people name their animals strange things like the first two mentioned, or things like juice or shape etc. im not into names like oreo or spots (no hate to those names just my preference). anyways, looking forward to bonding with this lil menace!

ps: both mine and the feeder's faces were scribbled out for privacy!

whats happening to my goldmine?

my mom bought three goldmines over the winter, two (A,B) are doing fine but this one (C) is struggling. Letters for clarity's sake. A and C are under full sun, while B is in a shaded spot. A and B are doing fine, B just has less growth, presumably due to less sunlight. C is in full sun and gets the same water, but has slowly started shriveling and losing/yellowing leaves. Im scared to chop and prop because many other cuttings i have just failed to grow roots. I'm planning on using keiki paste on A and B to grow more branches and hopefully propagate, but I dont want this one to die and have $100 down the drain 😞

whats happening to my sedum little missy?

ive had an infestation of thrips, mealy bugs, aphids, and spider mites all at the same time the past few weeks. i swear to god. its been awful!

anyways, im not sure if this is related, but the black spots remind me of thrips. but what about the random crispy leaves and browning stems?

i water when mostly or fully dry, its in front of my kitchen window but my house gets terrible light so i add grow lights maybe about a meter away; thats the closest i could get the lamp unfortunately 😔 its not even enough to turn the leaves pink at all so i doubt its scorch
other than that, ive started spraying with captain jacks dead bug brew and picking any affected vines out if the pot.

my soil mix tends to get all mixed together over time, i just amend small amount for whatever plant i need to pot. little missy is in coco coir and perlite, maybe small bits of coco chunk/orchid bark/charcoal, but its minimal.

im debating just chopping the whole thing back and seeing how it grows back but i feel like thats such a waste of vines, especially when i like to propagate cuttings to sell (not that id knowingly sell infected plants but the point stands) i want to get systemic granules soon but im pinching pennies rn so working with that i have on hand unless absolutely necessary

is this stump going to make it?

i bought a philodendron glorious/um (not sure which) on clearance and it needed immediate repotting due to root rot. i made sure the pot was only slightly bigger than the root ball.
stem 1 is looking good and even sprouted a new leaf, but stem 2 is slowly getting more yellow. where i may have messed up is i put a topper of sphagnum moss around the new leaf of stem 1 because the leaf wasnt opening and i wanted to add humidity. this may have caused stem 2 to start rotting.
i put some hydrogen peroxide to try and sanitize any rot as well as poked holes in the soil for airflow and put it in front of a fan. im hesitant to separate the two because i dont want to send the better off one into shock. should i just leave it alone or repot?

(sorry i know the censoring looks silly) botched my own cut a few weeks ago. any tips on how to fix it?

all curly hair stylists near me are charging $175-250 for a basic cut so i did it myself. i feel like i look ridiculous! im sure some face framing pieces would help but ive got nothing at my temples so theres not much to work with there.

my hair is very fine, thin, and frizzy. ive got thinning/breakage problems due to hypothyroidism, stress, and probably my diet too. its extra frizzy cause i didnt use gel and air dried, but ive got an interview tomorrow and no idea what to do besides pin it back. im going to try and fix it in the morning with gel and a hair dryer, but i just hate it in general 😭

im fat/plus sized, round faced, and have that generally chopped look to myself. i feel like the cut makes it worse. ive started using hair oil so hopefully itll show results soon. i know i shouldve asked for advice sooner but ive never posted a photo of myself (even if its censored) so i was scared lol
