Je suis le seul qui joue peu/jamais sur mon pc en été ? Non seulement sa chauffe 2x plus le pc mais enplus sa chauffe la pièce et c’est pour moi impossible d’y jouer car j’ai trop peur pour mon pc surtout avec cette #### de canicule qui veut pas quitter le territoire , même quand j’essaye de me poser pour jouer je tiens à peine 10min , entre le stress pour mon pc , la chaleur qui s’accumule dans la pièce et moi qui transpire je suis arrivé à la conclusion que c’est impossible de jouer en été (pour moi) sans Clim … j’ai hâte que cette saison inutile se casse honnêtement

Salut à tous , j’ai vraiment du mal à enchaîner + de 1h de jeux sur mon pc surtout avec cette canicule à temps plein , au bout de 30-40 min je commence à me sentir fatigué et au bout de 1h je suis obliger d’arrêter c’est comme si j’avais besoin de m’allonger immédiatement, c’est pas dutout un problème de motivation ou du jeux vidéo lui même mais vraiment un truc dans mon corp une fatigue qui arrive super rapidement et sa me soule parce que moi aussi j’aimerai enchaîner 3-4h sur mon jeux préféré… si vous avez des conseils

Hey there, I’ve been having some annoying issues with The Sims 2 ever since I bought it. Sometimes the audio cutting out (TV, voices, instruments) . I’ve already tried clearing ⁠Groups.cache⁠ but it’s still acting up.
Does anyone know a fix for this? I’m on a modern setup with legacy

I’m really hoping for some advice because I think I’ve made a huge mistake in my Sims 2 game. While cleaning up my Downtown, I deleted the pre-made graveyard lot "Green Gothier Green" that comes with the Nightlife expansion.
I didn't realize at the time that deleting a lot with tombstones on it is basically the "golden rule" of breaking a neighborhood. Now I’m worried that I’ve permanently corrupted my save file.
Is this game over for my neighborhood? I’ve heard about the NoUnlinkOnDelete mod and how it helps prevent further corruption, but can it fix the damage that’s already been done?

Hey everyone, I’m running into a really frustrating issue and could use some advice.
I’ve been playing with about 2GB of CC/mods, and the game was running perfectly fine. I recently added just 40MB of new CC, and suddenly the game’s performance in Live Mode has become absolutely terrible (lots of lag/stuttering).
I’m really confused because it doesn’t seem logical that 40MB would cause such a massive drop in performance. I’m starting to wonder if the current heatwave is causing my gaming laptop to thermal throttle, but I’m not sure.
Has anyone else experienced this? Could that small amount of CC actually be the culprit, or is it likely just a hardware/temperature issue? Any tips on how to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated!

(I feel like playing this game is a game of Russian roulette sometimes it’s smooth, and other times it’s not at all. It’s such a shame because I absolutely love The Sims 2, but I end up feeling more frustrated than happy because of these issues. I really don't want to stop playing it, though.)
