I’ve on week 3 of caplyta on 21mg for the last two and the entire time I’ve felt like my insides are buzzing, similar to adrenaline, ALL the time. It gets my heart rate up and I’m overall so much more anxious because of this buzzy/adrenaline feeling. Has anyone else experienced this? Did it go away?
Hiya. This is a really hard ask to come to the vast internet with and I’m really nervous.
I’m wondering if anyone has a recommendation for gyms and physical therapists that cater to or are openly inclusive of larger bodies (400lbs+).
Gyms with an accessible pool (stairs with a railing) where I could walk would be amazing. I have very limited mobility/stamina so personal training isn’t something I can handle at this point. I have health insurance that I’m hoping to use for physical therapy.
I’d love to stay somewhere south central (Lamar/Oltorf) but am open to anywhere if it’s a good fit.

I have a 2013 corolla that I bought new in 2012. For the last year the AC has steadily stopped blowing cold air when idling, and will only get cold when the gas is being pressed. It blows coolish (not hot) air when idling.
A local car parts store helped me change the cabin air filter and while that helped with the air flow I’m still having the same issue.
I can’t afford a new car or an expensive car repair, and the car itself is only worth $3kish according to KBB. I would just tough it out but I have an elderly cat who has to get monthly injections at the vet and I live in the south where it’s humid and over 100 most of the summer and I can’t have her in the car with no AC.
I’ve been reading a lot about recharging the AC but it’s not a fix since theres a leak somewhere. I don’t know how to do it myself but could likely follow the instructions from YouTube.
At this point I don’t know what I’m asking, I’m just looking for advice.
I started on a DMP in 2025 which included a Net Credit balance of $3,000. They agreed to the DMP and lowered my APR to 0%.
Fast forward today, I’ve paid $2,800 of the $3,000 and have one payment of $200 left due to them according to the DMP. However I checked my credit report and Net Credit was updated in June 2026 but is still reporting my $3,000 balance. I logged into Net Credit and they show I have a balance of $1,500. I’m assuming this is the interest that has accrued since I started the DMP.
Both Net Credit and my DMP holder don’t have anyone who can help me in on the weekend. I’m panicking. Can Net Credit still charge me that interest even though they agreed to the DMP terms and 0% APR?

I (had) 2 cats, one outgoing and snuggly (my soul cat), and the other aloof but sweet. They were incredibly bonded having been together for over 15 years. My soul cat was put to sleep at home aged 17 almost a month ago and my other cat (16ish) is struggling.
She cries and howls (those deep sorrowful howls) all day and night. She’s a cats cat and nothing I do calms her or helps her. She doesn’t want to be close to me, doesn’t cuddle, etc. She often sits next to the carrier my other cat was in the day before he died. I’ve kept it on the floor for her.
I don’t want another cat because the pain of losing my first one has almost destroyed me. But I’m incredibly worried about my second cat and wonder if she needs a friend. I have a good friend who fosters kittens and has a kitten I think would be a good match. I feel confused and stuck on what to do. It feels disrespectful to get a cat less than a month after losing my soul cat. But I can’t let my pain keep me from helping my current cat.
I also don’t know if she’ll like another cat or she was just bonded so closely to my other cat that she’s still looking for him.
I feel like no one understands how much I love my pets and how close we are/were.
Any thoughts would be helpful.
One of my two cats was out to sleep two weeks ago (at home). I still have the carrier he was in the day or so before he left on the ground. My other cat cries and howls all the time, day and night all over my house. She’s not a people cat, so there’s nothing I can do to calm her down. I usually find her laying next to the empty carrier. After my first cat passed, the vet rubbed his body with a blanket for my other cat but she ignored it and I finally threw it away because it was painful to look at.
I’m wondering if I’m causing her more distress by having the carrier out where she can smell him and she just thinks she can’t find him.
Any advice would be helpful.

My stacked washer dryer, (a 24” whirlpool thin twin) lives in a closet on my balcony. It’s an old replacement machine because the last machine also smelled like mildew but I thought that was due to me using too much detergent. I’ve had it for a couple of months.
I did a spa day with my new to me machine and my clothes, started using a quality enzyme booster and smaller amounts of quality detergent (recs I got from this sub) and the mildew smell was gone. I did laundry every couple of days, at least. Then my cat died and I didn’t do laundry for a week or so. The door was closed so the washer was in total darkness.

The plastic agitator smells like mildew but I can’t SEE any mildew or a build up of detergent/gunk. I previously was using way too much detergent, clothes smelled like mildew, etc. I have a small stacked thin twin with a 1.6 cu. ft. washer.
Read this sub, did a spa day on clothing, got a new rented washing machine, and started using tide oxi boost and dirty labs enzyme boost. I have been filling up to the “1” line on the tide cup and using one scoop of dirty labs for the largest load in my washer. And now my clothes (even new ones) smell like mildew again.
Have I again been using too much detergent? How much should I be using? My clothes are lightly to moderately soiled.

Sorry my dates are a little wonky towards the end but I still wanted to post because I don’t see much Nelnet specific timelines and they take a longer than other servicers. I like to think my sweet boy gave me this last parting gift although I’d trade one more healthy day with him for my $140k of loans.

Golden letters from FSA were sent on 5/21 and no word from Nelnet yet.
Has anyone with Nelnet had their balances zeroed out yet or gotten Nelnet’s forgiveness letter?
They’ve historically given me a hard time about my “lack of payments” when I’ve called so the longer I don’t see the zeros the more anxious I get.
I was one of the lucky people who received a golden letter from FSA yesterday, 5/21. Nelnet has not updated my loan balance nor sent any emails regarding forgiveness (which I understand it’s been less than 24 hours).
I’m wondering what the timeline has been historically for those with Nelnet to have their balances zeroed out after their golden letter. Mostly curious because most of the timeline posts I found in the sub were Mohela and were zeroed out the same or next day.

I thought golden letters were the email you get saying “Congratulations!…” I got what I think is the golden letter today in my FSA account that says, “Thank you for public service. We have determined you are eligible for PSLF or TEPSLF for one or more of your eligible loans”. Both of my loans and my total loan amount is listed underneath. Are they the same thing? I know they probably are, my brain just needs someone else to confirm it.
Can my servicer reject the forgiveness? I have paid very little towards my balance but because of the one time adjustment under Biden I got credit for the many months (years actually) I was in a forbearance. When I called last month (when I got green banners) my servicer alluded to forgiveness not being approved because of my “lack of payments” and said I “had better have proof of each payment” if I was applying for forgiveness. The call overall was awful and FSA told me not to worry but the comments have stayed with it.
I completed the electric PSLF form on April 8th. It was signed and I received green banners/ribbons in early April and have been hoping for a golden letter as long as the final audit goes well.
I mistakenly completed another electronic PSLF April 9th when an FSA agent told me I had to select “ready for forgiveness now/put me in a forbearance”. I cancelled the form the same day after more information that it wasn’t required.
Today my employer signed the month old cancelled form (have no idea how) resulting in another active PSLF form and letter with qualifying payments. No hate towards them because I’d rather they sign things than not and I’m sure it was some odd glitch.
However I’m wondering if this will restart the golden letter clock.
UPDATE OF THE UPDATE: FSA confirms they’re aware of the issue and are working on a resolution. They weren’t able to give any details (which is understandable) and said we’d be notified when there’s an update. I doubt we’ll be notified but they’re looking at it.
I called FSA and they’re just as confused as we are. Neither of the reps talked to have heard about this. When looking at my account they don’t show that the PPL has been added to my account or that I’m in default though the loan is “associated” with my account. They said my balance only shows my loans rather than the loan amount I show on the FSA (which includes the PPL) when I log in.
I was transferred to the debt resolution line and the automated system says it not in default and didn’t give an option to talk to a person.
I took a screenshot of the entire FSA website that shows all my loans including the nice big red box that says I’m in default, the ppl loan, and my balance.
I filled out a feedback ticket. The second rep said she’d fill out a ticket for me too.
I don’t really know what else to do.

I got green banners at the beginning of April 2026 for my two consolidated loans which are currently in the SAVE forbearance. I have 10+ years at a qualifying employer (still employed there). I’m low to no contact with my parent who took out a parent plus loan. they didn’t tell me it was in default or they needed help with it so I just dropped it. As of the FSA website update this morning that defaulted parent plus loan is on my FSA account, and my loan total has gone up. FSA says I’m in default.
Obviously I’ll call them tomorrow when they open but will this impact my PSLF forgiveness for the other two loans? I would assume they would not forgive them with another in default.
Also, why after 15 years of having all these loans is it just now showing up and showing up on MY account instead of my parents? Is there an update I missed? Was it always supposed to be on my account and someone just noticed?
