Contact Closure controlled by Power of TV

I have a TV lift by Future Automation. I'd like to trigger that when the TV turns on. I did it once before using home kit but i'd like to rely more on the actual power of the TV instead. Has anyone done this before. Is there an all in one unit or should i use one to monitor the power and one for the contact closure? Thanks for any advice

Remote Access wont stay up

I cannot for the life of me keep my remote access stable. This all started a few days ago. Here is what I've done to try and help.

- Reset my entire ubiquiti network

- Signed out of my account on the PMS and then signed back in

- Port forwarded to the Mac mini that is hosting PMS

- Matched the port on the plex media server remote access settings

I can see that the port is open on canyouseeme.org and I can type in my IP with the port I forwarded and it connects. Should I not worry about it? Is it just a display bug or will my shares not play at full quality. I'm at a loss of what to do next. If it every does go green, it goes back to red almost immediately afterwords. I am using Cooolbox in Bulgaria and I'm almost 100% there is no CGNat. My WAN is 78.130.xxx.xxx Any help is appreciated

Mail Indexing doesn't seem to be working

I type in the name of a sender of an email I received a month ago and I get no results. This seemed to always be the case and I was hoping the new indexing would fix this. Is anyone seeing better results?

HM in Bulgaria

I’m looking to pick up a new chair and have decided to buy once cry once and get an HM. I am looking at aerons but then found a Mirra 2 for 650€, which I believe to be too expensive. Is offeco still the best option if I can’t find anything on Facebook marketplace or olx.bg? If so, what’s the best way to get the best price from them? Do they do sales ever? Thanks for any advice

I'm in Bulgaria and I cant find anywhere to order this from. I see Best Buy in America has it and I'm going there soon but I think it's too big to fly back with. What should I do?

We have installed a good amount of ubiquiti systems in the past for our clients and we would like to have it more uniform and start installing them on our account and invite them to manage, if they would like. Most of them could care less. Moving forward, what is the best way to manage this?

Ideally we have them all on our account, so our remote service team can access each system. Testing this out, I click on "Create new site" and it prompts me for payment, which I though was not required. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong area.

Once I get this up and going, what would be the best way to get our existing projects onto our account? Send our main email an invite with admin privileges?
