I have been working on image and video editing tools for myself, A few friends started using it, so I’m paying people to test the UI/UX and focusing on core engine rewrite to C++.

The program is written in Python and JS.

Roles

• Looking to hire 2 people at a time to test.
• Mostly testing UI/UX stuff.

Timings

You can ping me ~30-60 mins before you can start working and I will share the latest build with you. Or I can ping you too. Make sure to ping me every 30-40 min if you are working, if you stop I will assume you left.

I have a odd sleep cycles, so if I share version v0.2.3 with you, and you take ~1 day to get back to me, I would already be at v0.3.8, making any issues reported pointless.

Task

Find issues and report like When I [try to do X] on [screen/menu/submenu], [actual] happens instead of [expected].

Eg: When selecting the text input box on home page, it hides controls behind the menu, controls should not be hidden and put a bit on side so there is no overlap.

In the end I expect something like this:

Starting at around INR 40/Hour + INR 8 per Issue found, it usually takes about ~1-2min to find an issue, and about ~30-60 secs to type it out.

Expectation is about 20-30 issues an hour.

This comes to 40 + 20x8 = 200/hr (20 issues/hr) OR 40 + 30x8 = 280/hr (30 issues/hr).

Project is still alpha so I expect a lot of issues; I will update the post once alpha is done.

I want to maintain ~200/hr on average. I will adjust the rates accordingly with time so it remains around ~200/hr.

Payment Method

Amazon gift cards, ideally anonymous. If you want food delivered or phone recharged that works too. UPI is fine too but understand I would know your number.

I was looking to diversify my portfolio and came across Edelweiss Nifty REITs & Realty Index Fund. Are you guys also thinking of apply to it?

A few things:

• For now they have 60% REITs and 40% Realty stocks, they plan to increase REITs as more of them come into picture

I was trying to search more about it in this particular subreddit, found 7-8 comments and about 3 posts that had finsexual in title. There is not even a premade user flair.

Before it gets more confusing:

Finsexual: Stands for "Feminine in Nature" (FIN). It is entirely about the expression of femininity. A finsexual person is attracted to anyone who presents femininely - including cisgender women, trans women, feminine-presenting non-binary individuals, and feminine men.

Gynosexual: Derived from the prefix "gyno" (meaning female or woman). While it also encompasses an attraction to femininity, it often relates directly to womanhood or female gender identity alongside feminine traits.

Ofcourse everything is a spectrum and one might argue "pansexual with inclination to femininity" conveys the same.

Just wanted to see if there are other people who consider themselves the same, seems to be lack of discussion around this topic.
