Cockapoo and a recliner couch.

Sorry if this is a bit random. Basically I am looking to replace my couch with a much higher back. I need the neck support and my 6 year old giddy cockapoo has a habit of jumping off it (I've mostly trained it out of her but it still happens very occasionally when she's excited and wants a short cut to the kitchen. )

Has anyone got both - a recliners (electric) and a daft cockapoo who loves exploring? I have heard about pets getting injured in recliners though the person I spoke to said that was more with manual and electric may differ. I think a recliner will help me a lot with my chronic illness and honestly the ones I tried in the shop were like heaven and my body felt supported and relaxed. However I obviously do not want to put my dog at risk. She's quite easily spooked (yesterday she got upset at Halloween decorations in her favourite shop barked a lot at them!) So I suspect initially it's going to be me trying to keep her calm when it moves!

Who else from the show Ghost would you like to see?

Currently rewatching Ghosts (UK edition) and noticed how many Ghosts alum have starred on Taskmaster. Who would you like to see on the show that hasn't been on yet?

Edit - no idea why I missed the S off, guess the heat is getting to me.

Scalp issues?

My scalp really hurts, there are several issues. At the temple there are little bumps, the skin is tender across my head with more little bumps/spots which sometimes result small bleeds (I think I'm scratching it in my sleep.) I also find my scalp becomes quite greasy quite quickly. I think I've narrowed it down to dairy possibly being the trigger and so I'm cutting it out for August to see (I have some calcium tablets to take during this.)

Just curious if anyone else experiences these types of sclap symptoms? And if so how did you help it heal, so far I'm just washing my hair to relieve the stinging.

My other issues are quite standard, skin rashes, flushing, gastrointestinal issues, mild breathing issues. My doctor prescribed a antihistamine but did not really offer any further advice so I'm still figuring this all out. So far confirmed foods are ginger, citrus (oranges especially), pineapple, artificially sweetend drinks, processed meats like salami etc. Other diagnosed conditions- fibromyalgia, HEDS and POTS.

What counts as decent furniture nowadays?

I'm definitely out of the loop when it comes to buying furniture and I don't know what would be classed as good nowadays. I have friends with more money than sense that think it's good because it's expensive and friends who only buy second hand. The last place I bought a decent sofa from is now defunct. I have bookcases and a desk from IKEA that have lasted well over a decade but as I haven't bought anything there since I don't know if they remain decent. And by good I mean built to last whilst still being used well.

Favourite on screen natural death?

Who was the last in screen death of old age? Who would you like to see get a moving send off?

The classics that always stick with me are the gentle death of Vera, sat peaceful in a chair followed by Jack's death with Vera coming back to take him. Both were such moving deaths. Often we get a lot of murders, accidents and early medical deaths. We have several characters who have been part of the cast for so long and I always find it a shame when they die off screan.
