I’ve been a fan since day one twenty years ago. But good lord, someone needs to stop Dan and his “what’s the explanation for this idiom” talk. There’s nothing worse to listen to than “why is it called sour grapes” and “what’s a laughing stock”. If he wants to sound eighty years old, this is the way. It’s not funny. It’s not endearing. It’s horrible radio. Yes, I’m overreacting. Yes, I’m irrational. MAKE IT STOP!
