Pro ICE agitator Brings gun to protest video 2

While I was walking out from the ICE protest today in Scarborough, I saw something I never would imagine seeing in person. I witnessed a local police officer hand a fully loaded clip to a man who had been aggressively getting in the face of protestors. When I saw what happened I flipped my camera from stills to video and got some extremely troubling content of this man trying to instigate a conflict. Does anyone know who this person is, or the police officer that handed him a FULLY LOADED magazine?!?!?!

What is this rock?

I found it next to a very old tree in my backyard in South Philly. It's very smooth, hard, clear-ish and about the size of a gigante bean. Search says maybe quartz and maybe a Petoskey stone but I don't know! 😆

Any help identifying would be appreciated. :)
