OMG doesn’t even begin to touch this.
A BOGO was on at the local grocery so I picked this up and a cookie two-step for the wife. I had never tasted this one before and OMG I will be again, soon.

A bullet point presentation on some of the history of the CWA.
I do not know who made this but I am insanely jealous.
A match so big in the Memphis area they had a whole episode centered around the build to the match of Bill Dundee Vs Jerry Lawler in a loser leaves town. Lawler and Dundee were the biggest stars in the Memphis area, their match drawing 10 thousand plus fans to the Mid South coliseum.
This whole show was really before it's time, Meltzer has commented how UFC basically promoted their fights in the same way as Lawler and Dundee was promoted, with a press conference style format and comments from other stars in the profession about the importance of the match.
Dundee by 1984 would leave to go to Mid South to become booker there for a year and book Mid South's biggest year in business, including booking the Last Stampede between Watts & JYD Vs The Midnight Express which would draw records everywhere in the territory, including the 2nd highest house to that date in the Superdome with 25 thousand people. Dundee was known for being a great finish guy, creating a lot of elaborate and topsy turvey match endings.
For me if Dundee was wrestling today he'd be in the main event scene. He was in shape, could talk extremely well and could work any style and his height wouldn't be put against him.
Dundee is pretty much the only person I’ve heard say that he doesn’t like Taker. He doesn’t go into too much detail except that he said that Taker avoided him and did not want to talk to him. That is only half a story.
