Looking for insights from ex students/current students of jbims/anyone

I have a job at hand that I am supposed to start next month-7.2lpa but good company

I got 97%tile in cat 2025 but got a 163 in mhcet attempt 2

I was wondering if i should repeat or take jbims

For reference i am a gnef 8/8/6 profile, couldnt convert xlri bm and didnt apply for hrm however i will if i give exams next year

Mainly interested in marketing roles or consulting roles, my profile is not ideal for either

Hello I have a final copy ready for a Childrens fiction book. Illustrations and formatting is done. It is essentially ready to go.

How do I look about publishing the book? I have already spent a pretty penny on illustrations and hence dont want to go for the 100% profit model where the author has to pay publishers a service fee for marketing/distribution.

Any recommendations/advice would help.

Also I finally have virgin black hair and I am so excited to dye them, do yall have any recommendations? I have jet black hair and olive undertone. NC 25-ish skin color just more olive.
