Metallic flakes in Natasha Denona Concealer

So I’ve been loving my Natasha Denona concealer for several months now, but in the last month or so I would notice metallic flakes on my face after applying concealer and could not for the life of me determine where it was coming from.

Well to my surprise this morning, I decided to use this concealer and had 10-15 tiny metallic flakes on my face that made me look like the tin man 😭 One also got in my eye and I spent minutes painfully trying to get it out. I wiped the rim around the concealer because it was getting dirty and realized the metal flakes are from the packaging on the concealer itself! So this whole time the packaging has been degrading and putting metal flakes into my concealer everytime I take the applicator in and out.

Has anyone had this issue? I’m kind of shocked and disappointed because I love this product and at its price point the packaging should not be degrading into the product.

Hyaluronic acid causing break outs?

Does anyone have experiences where hyaluronic acid serums cause them to break out?

I've specifically been using the Mixsoon Glacier Water Hyaluronic Acid Serum, and I've noticed that everytime I use it, I have several tiny closed comedones that pop up on my face. It's frustrating because I have dry skin and I've been told that HA is good for hydrating the skin. I really like the hydration I get from this product but it is confirmed to be the culprit that is breaking my skin out.

I also rarely have any reactions to skincare products, so this really frustrates me. The only other product I've had a breakout from is the Skin1004 Centella Cleaning Oil (yet surprisingly their Centella Ampoule is my holy grail).

Does anyone have alternative recommendations for products that could provide hydration in the same way HA does?

Natasha Denona Y1 trying to find a Dior shade match

Hi everyone,

I've been looking to purchase the Dior Forever Skin foundation and haven't had the opportunity to swatch it since the new formulation came into stores. I currently wear Natasha Denona's shade Y1 and it's a perfect match for my skin tone.

For those who wear Y1 and can attest to Dior foundation shades, what is your best shade? I'm considering a blind buy without swatching in store and want my best chance at a shade match.

Accidentally applied additional thermal paste to AIO cooler that had pre-applied paste?

I’m currently working on my first PC build so I feel like I’m super paranoid about mistakes!

I have the Corsair iCUE LINK Titan 360 RX CPU cooler and mistakenly applied a thin layer of thermal paste with a spatula onto the CPU, then placed the cooler on top, not realizing this was unnecessary due to the pre-applied thermal paste. For context I used Corsair’s TM30 thermal paste.
My question is will this be an issue moving forward with the build? Googling had me worried because I read about chemical reactivity from the two pastes and possible issues with over heating. Or is it safe to move on with the build? Or should I just be safe and wipe off all the thermal paste and reapply? I feel kind of dumb for messing up a perfectly good pre-applied paste 😭

help a girl with her first pc! (budget under 2.5k, all white)

Hi everyone, I'm in the process of building my first PC and have secured a few parts but need help with the rest of my build. I know nothing about PCs to be honest and my current selection was based on suggestions from my boyfriend. I just wanted some additional opinions on my build so far and any suggestions. For context, I would like an all-white build, budget preferably around 2.5k. I am based in the US.

My main games are Valorant, Fortnite, Marvel Rivals, Cyberpunk

These are the parts I have obtained so far:

Case: NZXT H9 Flow

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: Corsair iCUE LINK TITAN 360 RX LCD 73.5 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Fans: Corsair iCUE LINK QX120 RGB 120mm PWM Computer Case Fan with iCUE LINK System Hub Kit (3-pack)

Memory: Crucial Pro OC Gaming 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6400MHz C38 UDIMM Intel XMP 3.0 & AMD EXPO Desktop Memory

These are parts I am intending to buy next, but am open to any suggestions (especially if there are unnecessary costs):

Motherboard: Gigabyte X870 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 ICE ATX AM5

PSU: CORSAIR RMe Series RM850e 80 PLUS Gold Fully Modular Low-Noise ATX 3.1 and PCIE 5.1

Video Card: XFX - Swift AMD Radeon RX 9060XT 16GB GDDR6 PCI Express 5.0

Then I would appreciate any suggestions for storage (preferably 2 TB) and monitors as well as anything else I might be missing. I'm kicking myself for not purchasing an SSD months ago before the price went up 3x. 😭 Thank you!!

beginner pole climb

hii everyone i’ve taken my first few pole classes and i’ve been totally hooked!! i had a couple questions about the pole climb because it’s something i really want to master but it’s so hard 😭

firstly, the top of my foot that is wrapped from behind the pole is super banged up. like black and blue bruised and blisters. i think it’s because i tend to flex the foot that is behind the pole and use it for grip. how do i break this habit and get into using my legs more? second, any tips on keeping your hips away from the pole when you crunch up? when i bring my legs to crunch i always end up with my stomach against the pole and it makes climbing really hard from there.

thank you and i appreciate any tips i can get :)
