i’m currently listening to henry rollins on the mohr stories podcast from 2014 (reuploaded to spotify in may) and mohr reads aloud, what i would describe as, a poem from henry about love, and i just really liked it! so, i thought id share, even though most of you probably have heard it before,, lol :)

i’ve posted the signed plosivs s/t from my local record store before but today i barely noticed there’s a signed information retrieved as well !! too cool man.. also of course the day after i post all my crow stuff i buy said s/t LOL. SUPER cool vinyl color too!

while i was in hollywood to see HUM at slide away fest, i made the obvious decision to stop into amoeba and i found some amazing stuff! i was so surprised to see a packed rollins section, and i may or may not have taken pretty much every cd in the row.. i had to! i was so thrilled and still am. apparently there was another section for his spoken word stuff too, however i couldn’t find it and wanted to line up for the show. in any case, this was a goldmine. :)

i had an amazing time at slide away, and i’m still so honored that i got to go, however it was a day full of rollercoaster emotions. pretty bad day for anxiety and so i didn’t eat much and by the time nothing was done i was so so so nauseous i thought i was going to have to throw up and leave the show i had been waiting months for. so i left my spot at barricade to go stand by a trashcan 💔 thankfully, somehow, my body pulled through and i am so happy they played i hate it too as the encore, since it’s my favorite song. i won’t post the video of me in tears LOL but im just so glad i can to see and experience this with my own eyes and ears. also, shoutout to everyone who was throwing that shoe all night 😭
