how long can polish on natural nails last?

I'm changing almost every 2-3 days at best, and not sure what I am doing wrong.

I have a few products that I regularly rotate: -two different OPI base coats (ridge fill and glossy) -for top coat I've used three:

  • sallys (green bottle) topper, okay -I used to use hoovers top coat with slightly better results -Seche Quick dry topper, performs usually really badly as a topper, slightly better as a base

In terms of nail polish colors: I use OPI most often

Also, I have short nails, so tipping is stupid challenging. It often just dries down onto my skin if I try to cap.

Also, off topic, but do you's-all every hit pan on nail polish? (just curious)

which shoe would be good for me?

•Budget, not higher than $200

•Intended use and distance: walking, 2.5k

•extra wide foot

•over protonation

•Shoe weight preference: medium

• Preferred feel: firm, dense, and stable, please

•Surfaces: mixed, angled pavements, road, and dirt/grass

•Any prior shoes you may have liked or disliked: Older models of Brooks Beast have been excellent. Currently using Addiction 15 GTS, but don't love how they are less flat, curved at the front, and really like the firmness of the padding

How can I improve my writing skils?

Serious question. I am past college, but I feel l still need to develop my writing skills to be applicable for more professional roles. I feel like most classes in college don't directly work to help me improve my writing skills. Is there something I can read or work through to get better? Thank you for your time and suggestions.
