good names for an Italian boat?

hehe hi sorry if this is cringe but I'm writing a story for my character who is an Italian sailor in 1890's America and I am clueless on what to name his boat so I was hoping to get some recommendations from the community here! Thank you all for any suggestions or comments!

The character himself is rather cold-hearted but the boat is his fathers so it would have been likely named something calm and beautiful.

mold on roof trim?

Hey everyone I initially thought that I was experiencing rust on my trim until I realized these parts are rubber. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how do I deal with it? Is it a repaint/replace situation or can I spray some kind of chemical to kill the mold? The clear coat on the trim is also flaking.

paroxysmal dyskinesia, seizure, or other?

link to video (posted in hathelp sub)
I want to preface this by saying I've been to the vet 4 times and have spoken to a neurologist who says he thinks that it COULD be paroxysmal dyskinesia. T4 panels came back fine, all bloodwork good, no FIV.

My cat has been having these episodes since February of this year, she's 5 years old (was 4 years and 10 months at the first episode) and has no prior health issues. Her sister (same litter) doesn't have these issues either. She and her sister were given to me from a flower shop as a kitten so I don't have knowledge of her genetics.

The episodes seem to last from 2-6 minutes each. She doesn't lose consciousness and will even eat treats or groom herself while they're happening. They used to happen every 2-7 days but I changed her to a grain-free diet and she went 12 days before having one. I don't believe they're causing her pain or degrading into something worse but I cannot be one hundred percent sure. She hasn't lost any cognitive skills or changed her personality, she acts completely normal before and after. no post- or pre-ictal phases. Her episodes have changed since going for a grain-free diet, they used to display her pulling all of her limbs (including her head) inward and now it seems to just be her tail and right leg. So hopefully things are getting better but I am still looking for answers since PxD is so rare and I'm looking to rule everything out for the sake of my sanity and her well-being without spending tens of thousands of dollars on more testing.

I want to believe it's paroxysmal dyskinesia, that would be best. But the neurologist doesn't know for sure.

my age: adult
country: U.S.
vet info: accessible, has been thrice seen
main issue: contractions of the limbs, pulling inward. Especially back right left and tail.
cat age: 5
cat sx: F spayed
financial situation: not good but I have pet insurance up to $5K

what is this gunk on my engine? and how could it have gotten there? 2018 dodge challenger sxt

I was hearing squeaking in my 2018 dodge challenger sxt and I went to investigate. I checked this belt (which was hard to see so I had to use my phone and squeeze it in here for the picture) What is this black stuff? oil? I just got this car not too long ago and the whole engine bay is really sandy/muddy. I tried cleaning it to the best of my ability but I can't get it all, I never saw this though.

squeaky and clunky sounds

hello everyone, i was hoping someone more mechanically inclined than I could help in diagnosing the squeaking coming from my 2018 challenger sxt. i imagine its a belt but the one in the front looks good (according to my grandpa). there's also a slight clicking noise. I haven't had the car for very long so I'm not sure if it's a new thing or not. Owned since November.

paroxysmal dyskinesia, seizure, or other?

I want to preface this by saying I've been to the vet 3 times and have spoken to a neurologist who says he thinks that it COULD be paroxysmal dyskinesia but he wants to run some tests after we get blood-work results when I see him next. So until then I'm looking to others to see if they have similar cases in their own cats or experience in veterinary studies.

link to a video of her episode (reddit link)

Her sister (same litter) doesn't have these issues either. She and her sister were given to me from a flower shop as a kitten so I don't have knowledge of her genetics.

I'm waiting on blood test results to check her thyroid and for FIV. Her blood work from another vet visit (just a generic blood test) was all looking good. The episodes SEEMINGLY last from 2-6 minutes each. She doesn't lose consciousness and will even eat treats or groom herself while they're happening. They used to happen every 2-7 days but I changed her to a grain-free diet and she went 12 days before having one. is this gluten-free?

my cat has recently been showing symptoms of paroxysmal dyskinesia and I am putting her on a gluten-free diet between vet visits to find out how to help her recover. This food says it's grain free, but is it gluten free too? and for those who have a similar problem, which gluten-free kibbles do you recommend?

Seizures or Paroxysmal Dyskinesia?

Sorry if this is against the rules because she is a cat but there are barely any resources or studies for cats. So I'm hoping those of you who have dogs with a relatable issue can help point out similarities between our pets.

I want to preface this by saying I've been to the vet twice and I'm going to a neurologist on the 1st.

My cat has been having minor episodes of this nature since early February (blood tests have been fine and my next steps are neurology then MRI if needed, I have pet insurance but an MRI will suck up all of it). I have been doing tireless research as to why this could be happening to my cat and I'm starting to think that this may not even be a seizure but rather paroxysmal dyskenesia instead. I only got this video after the first vet visit and my second vet said it seemed to be a seizure but wasn't sure. I'm visiting a larger clinic soon for her neurology exam. She has these episodes every 2-10 days and she remains conscious and will even eat treats or drink water with them happening, they don't seem to bother her or have any pre/post-ictal symptoms which has made me think it's not a seizure.

during these episodes (which last 30 seconds to 3 minutes) she will pull her front or back legs inward (sometimes both front and back) and her head will contract and turn downward. She is fully aware and will act as if nothing happened right after. I have given her treats during the episode occasionally and brought her outside for fresh air and she has no problem eating or sniffing up the air. (I have only brought her outside once during it in the beginning because I was initially fearful she had inhaled something and couldn't breathe, which I found out to be untrue). Does anybody have advice or relatability to the symptoms my cat is showing before her appointment in june? I would love to know how to explain this as well as possible to my vet. I already sent him videos of it.

looking for advice from fellow cat owners on how to deal with reoccurring seizures

My cat, who recently turned 5 years old, has suddenly began having minor seizures starting in early February, I rushed her to the emergency vet the first time I caught it. They took a blood test and sent me on my way with no information other than that she seemed fine in her bloodwork (since it was an emergency I was charged $700 for just bloodwork and some gabapentin) I began wondering if I overreacted and what I witnessed wasn't a seizure at all until I noticed it happen 10 days later. I took her to another vet who did her bloodwork again (came back fine) and recommended a neurologist (I have an appointment for the 1st of next month) and if they can't find anything they recommend an MRI (I cannot afford that).

The reason I'm here is because I want to know what other people have done for their cats once they find out they have seizures, how did you treat them and what was causing it for you? I'm really hoping my baby is just epileptic or maybe allergic to something rather than a tumor or some other illness. Please let me know how you guys deal with the seizures in your cats and if you guys ever got a diagnosis. The seizures my cat have are VERY minor, only her leg or arm and they only last a few seconds but they happen every 2-7 days which is stressful. What should I focus on for my baby? I have been trying many things like changing which litter I use and changing her food to see if she developed any allergies. I now only buy nulo/hill's/iams food even though it's more expensive just to make sure it's not food related. Is there anything else I should look at before her next appointment?

transmission fluid/pan change questions

Hello!
I just replaced my transmission pan and refilled the fluid for my 2018 sxt and I had some questions on fill level. Since it's a closed system with no dipstick, I have been having anxiety about whether or not I overfilled or underfilled the transmission.

I initially put some fluid in while the transmission was cold and the car was off, then while on four jacks I got the transmission up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and shifted through the gears, put some more fluid in while the engine was idling and drove it for around 30 miles. Afterward I came back home and topped it off until it poured from the fill plug while the car was off but the transmission was around 120 degrees Fahrenheit. In total it took around 4 1/2 quarts and I wasn't able to measure how much came out because my grandpa was helping me and he was using a pan that already had some indistinct amount of fluid in it. So it was around 5 quarts or so with whatever fluid he already had in his pan. Should I do anything to ensure my levels are okay? I need to ease my worry about this and fix any potential mess-ups. I'm having regrets about putting my final top-off in while the engine was off even though the car was up to temp.

This was all yesterday, I drove the car for 35 miles back to my place after all was said and done and everything seems okay but I thought I heard a concerning noise when reversing into my apartment's parking spot and putting it into park but I'm not sure if I was just being paranoid or not since I was being sensitive to any kind of possible noise out of caution

Hey everyone, I bought my challenger from a private seller (2018 sxt) in november and did an oil change shortly after. I noticed recently that the oil filter is leaking, I tightened it (it did tighten a teensy bit) and wiped up the mess only to see it's still leaking when I drive. What should I do to try and remedy this? I believe it's recent and didn't occur for a long while after the oil change. The filter cap isn't OEM because the previous owner absolutely crushed the plastic which made it almost impossible to remove the cap so I had to run to autozone and get this one back in november. Wondering if that's my issue but I'm open to observations and suggestions! It's also a super tiny amount of oil, when I test the levels it's still good.

also a note: the engine is really dirty i know :') I'm trying to clean it still, the last owner really did not take care of it.

(dodge challenger 2018 sxt)
I got a hard-wire kit for my Viofo A229 after 6 months of using the cigarette lighter to power it and decided I want to access the parking-mode finally. I was looking to ask where people install their wires for their dash cams, I know there's a fuse box in the trunk but my wire isn't going to reach, is there a closer area to wire this? Thanks in advance for any information

hello everyone, I'm going to be doing a transmission fluid and pan change on my 8-speed automatic 2018 SXT and I was wondering if this is the correct fluid to get, I swear it is but every time I use a retailer "check if this part is for your car" setting it says it won't work so I'm just double checking in case I am actually wrong. Thanks in advance!
