I’ve had the Charmera for a while now, and I’m still not sure I’ve figured out how to use it properly.
Am I just missing something, or is it really this hit-or-miss? I am not new to the toy camera world but this little thing might just be not for me
Just saw this bigger dude at p@h in Tottenham, looks a bit too old for being here and not too happy - In case anyone is looking for a bigger rat dude to join their group I think he might be perfect. Sharing because I'm feeling guilty leaving him but my mischief is really really territorial - (I know p@h is evil and all that jazz but I cannot really leave this boy here without sharing him hoping to get him a nice life) sorry for my broken English.
I shoot mostly at night and I hate the flash so I ended up covering it with gaffer tape - unedited pics - last pic (the one of the camera) taken with my phone and edited -
Tried some night shots (I mostly shoot at night) with a cheap AliExpress campsnap clone - zero editing, I had to put my fingers on the flash since there is no switch, honestly I wasn't expecting a single pic to come out since it was really dark but hey, I'm almost pleased with these!

I got an older rat named Chico, he's not using his back legs anymore and I basically need to clean him daily with warm water - today I noticed this kind of wound - looks like an ulcer? Any idea what could have caused it? Thanks
I followed this game from months before launch. The short promotional film by Mielgo completely sold me—I became obsessed with its look and feel. The overall art direction is, to me, one of the freshest and most beautiful I've seen in years.
I bought the Deluxe Edition on day one... and then, for absolutely no good reason, never actually played it.
Even so, I kept coming back to its visual design, happy that I'd at least supported something this unique.
The other day my main PC died, so I dusted off my laptop and noticed I'd installed Marathon on it ages ago. I figured I'd finally give it a proper shot.
And... I'm hooked.
I'm genuinely glad I finally made time for it because I'm having a blast. My only real gripe is that the game feels like it has very little sense of community compared to something like ARC Raiders—or at least that's been my experience in-game so far.
Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience with this weird-looking game. I'm really glad I finally jumped in.
Made a 16-card K'rrik commander proxy set "Horrorcore"— original art throughout, horrorcore aesthetic. Mono-black staples: Necropotence, Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Doomsday, the whole kit. Not tournament legal. Happy to answer any questions about the art or process!
Got a Zotac RTX 3090 Trinity in a high-end build that's been having power issues, traced it to the PSU needing an upgrade. Gonna get the replacement unit soon - just need someone who knows what they're doing to do the swap and cable managment -
Build is a Ryzen 9 5950X on an ASUS X570, LianLi evo case, nothing exotic.
Probably 45 mins work for anyone who's built a PC before.

I grew up grinding the demoville version of the game and I managed to get my hands on the Actual game years later - I finished the game a number of times, both vanilla and 1.13- playing the Wildfire 1.13 mod right now and I realized I keep on using the characters from the demoville - who are your mercs of choice? ATM I got Vicky, Shadow, Ivan, Ira,Dr.Q and Gasket -
My ex left an iPhone 6 behind and said I could keep it, so I wiped it and set it up as a dedicated retro/film camera device. I've already got Huji Cam installed (a favourite of mine) but I'm looking for more apps in that vein.
Only catch is the iOS version is limited given the age of the hardware, so not everything from the App Store is available. What retro photo apps do you use on mobile?
