can anyone help me this is my second time doing this part

this is my second play through and i’ve literally had to restart my whole game just bc i couldn’t get thru this specific part, whenever i try to get past it always refuses and won’t allow me to open the door can anyone help me and explain why this is giving me such a frustrating time i just wanna have fun and play but this is becoming so annoying

i’ve tried:
shooting all my amo and throwing my items
restarting my checkpoint
waiting for ellie to talk

i’ve become desperate bc this is literally the farthest i’ve gone and i can’t get anywhere

conflict affecting my appetite

i don’t know what to do honestly, this “conflict” i guess is between me and a friend but the whole thing is affecting how i’ve been eating and it’s gotten to a point where one of my parents have mentioned me not eating enough. around april i was 129 and now im around 121
i genuinely don’t know what to do cause ive had such a big loss of appetite recently and i have no one else to talk to about this because i don’t want them worrying or telling my parents about this and making this into a whole big situation but ive stuggled with this in the past and i just wanna get it over with. ive also felt like my hair is getting thinner but don’t know if it’s just my mind playing tricks on me
need advice i’ll take anything
