perfumes that feel like this?
Want to keep this open-ended, so go wild and feel free to get creative! I’m just not a big fan of cinnamon or patchouli :) thank you!!

I just had to share bc I cannot believe I have finally found the source of my chronic neck/shoulder/upper back pain. I am a 28F UK size, so not huge, but I have firm tissue so they’re heavy, and my breasts are moderately full for my frame.
But bc they don’t look huge, I never even considered that they could be the source for my chronic pain. But yesterday, I did a test. I lifted them with my hands, and IMMEDIATELY I had relief. As soon as I let go, immediate pain. O. M. G. I feel dumb
I haven’t been wearing the right bra size for years and haven’t been wearing supportive sports bras bc I felt like it’s not like I really neededdd the extra support. Wrong.
I ordered underwire bras and sports bras in my proper size and I am so excited to have some relief. Realizing I really should be wearing a bra when lounging at home too. Anyways. Just needed to share bc my mind is kind of blown.
I have tall, wide roots, even vertical fullness & center fullness, close-set, with strong projection and immediate projection. This combination makes bra-shopping very difficult esp in the US, but I’m hopeful about these bras! I thiiink I’m a 28E, but I followed sizing recommendations online accordingly for each style I bought. These are all plunge bras bc high gores hurt me:
Panache Ana in 28F
Panache Heidi in 28FF
Freya Spot Light in 28E
Gossard Superboost in 28E
Bravissimo Esmae in 28F
Measurements:
Loose underbust: 29.5 in
Snug underbust: 28 in
Tight underbust: 25.5 in
Standing bust: 33 in
Leaning bust: 34 in
Lying bust: 32.5 in
Thanks to those who helped me out in my previous post!! I can’t wait for them to come in. Would love to hear your thoughts if you have worn any of these, esp if you have similar shape as me! Thank you :)
I am so daunted to make my first order with my correct size. I am now confident in my breast “characteristics” and feel like I have the right size by using the calculator and through my research. I haven’t found a post on this subreddit with my combination of characteristics, so looking for insight.
But I just have SUCH a hard time finding a bra that doesn’t give me gaping and quadboob (usually at the same time) and they almost never sit at my IMF, usually below. Spillage with the band riding up. I currently wear a 32C/32D which obviously doesn’t work, it’s just what’s easy for me to buy in store. Balconette bras hurt me at the gore, and just in general, a day in a bra in this size leaves my tissue feeling compressed and sore.
Does anyone else have similar roots/fullness/firmness/projection? What has your journey been like, and what have you felt has worked best for you when looking for bras? Any particular styles or things to avoid? Thank you!!

Hello! I’m about to place my first Paper Republic order for a custom journal. I’m referring to the pockets on right side—are Venezia and Chesnut too similar to layer for the pockets?
To those who know the colors and how they age etc, will there hardly be any contrast at all, or will it look nice together?
Thank you!!
Hello! I’m hoping to get some help with size/style reccs to order online, bc any bras available in in-person American stores don’t fit me. The band is always too big, the cups usually too small/give me quad-boob (I’m talking like nipples out or almost out) and sometimes there’s gaping at the top when I hunch over and/or there’s gaping at the bottom above the underwire? Currently I have the most luck in 32C or 32D as far as available in-store sizes go, in plunge, demi or wireless styles, but they are obviously the wrong size all around. In the past balconette bras have been uncomfortable in the gore, pressing into the sternum, with gapes on the bottom, quad boob up top, while riding up in the back. I’m confused about my shape, projection and firmness of my tissue etc (I thiiink I am more FOB, medium to high projection and medium to firm firmness?? I really don’t know. Roots confuse me too.)
First set of measurements taken when ovulating, so they are a bit bigger—I took these in inches. Second set of measurements are in parentheses, taken when not ovulating—I took these measurements in both cm and inches.
Loose underbust: 29.5 in (28 in, 71.5 cm)
Snug underbust: 28 in (27 in, 68 cm)
Tight underbust: 25.5 in (24.5 in, 62 cm)
Standing bust: 33 in (32 in, 81.5 cm)
Leaning bust: 34 in (33 in, 84 cm)
Lying bust: 32.5 (31.5 in, 79.5 cm)
The calculator recommended anywhere between a 28DD-28DDD/E to a 30D-30DD depending on my time of the month and how comfty I want it to fit. But the smaller cup size reccs are going to be too small for most of the month. Any insight at all would be appreciated! Thank you!!
Hello! I’m about to make my first Paper Republic order—a custom pocket journal! I was wondering what the pros and cons are for rounded vs square corners?
I am leaning towards rounded bc I feel like it’ll snag less on things in my bag, but do the rounded corners result in more overhang from the notebooks inside, or not necessarily?
Thank you!!!

Hello! I have VERY MUTED cool (maybe cool-neutral??) fair-light olive skin. Swatched some foundations, concealers & blushes, along with my own custom shade matches I mixed. Swatch list at the bottom.
Looking for shades recs that match my mixes :) so:
•a “neck match” concealer
•a “face match” foundation & concealer
•+ bonus points for blushes similar to my custom blush mixes!
I have to mix in so. much. color corrector (esp blue) to get a foundation/concealer match. Every shade in store I’ve tried is too saturated/orange/peachy/yellow. Workers mismatch me in-store with too-light shades bc I’m so muted I appear to be lighter than I am.
My neck is a shade or 2 lighter than my face/chest/most of my body, & translucent/gray/blue-green. I CANNOT match my foundation to my neck or I look undead. I only use a concealer that matches my neck to spot-conceal my neck on foundation-free days. For reference, my neck is deeper than Haus 030 & Chantilly, & the same depth as Hourglass Birch (all 3 are too yellow.)
For foundation, I mix a shade that matches my face/center of chest. My face is still muted, but it’s deeper and has a bit more warmth and pink to it. I just make sure to blend it down my neck, & then conceal as normal with a “face match” concealer of the same tone/depth. This way I don’t look undead. Haven’t found a good match for my face in stores either—for reference I’m same depth as NARS Vanilla & Luminous Silk 3.5 (both are too peachy/orange.)
Pics 1-4 (from top to bottom):
My “neck match” concealer I mixed
Kosas Revealer Concealer (0.5N)
Anastasia Magic Touch Concealer (2)
Anastasia Magic Touch Concealer (4)
Tower 28 Serum Concealer (BU)
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer (Light 2 Vanilla)
Haus Labs Triclone Foundation (030 Fair Cool)
Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation (3.75)
The dots at the bottom are some “face match” foundations & concealers I mixed—except for the bottom right dot, which is my “neck match” concealer again.
Pics 5 & 6 (blushes)
•Top Left: Custom Mix 1–would love recs for blushes w/ a similar tone & depth (liquid, cream, or powder!)
•Bottom Left: Custom Mix 2–would love recs for preferably liquid or cream blushes (but powder works too) in a similar tone & depth. Blushes pull orange on me, so a more “balanced” peach would be best :)
•Top Right: L’Oreal True Match Blush (C3-4 Tender Rose)
•Bottom Right: Laura Mercier Blush Color Infusion Duo (Strawberry). New release—mixed both shades in duo together
Thank you SO much!!
