I painted some spooky bookmarks!
I've recently taken up making bookmarks out of recycled cardboard and figured I'd make some spooky ones for my current batch :)
I painted a bunch of cardboard bookmarks

Moving away from selling fan art
Hello, all! I've been doing small markets since October of last year so I still consider myself a baby artist alley vendor and have plenty of room to learn. Recently I've been considering retiring a lot of my fan art pieces to make room for more original designs. I guess my question really boils down to, can original designs succeed in an artist alley? Just because I choose to follow my passion doesn't necessarily mean the money will follow and I know at cons especially people tend to gravitate towards their favorites. Has anyone here made the transition from selling fan art to their original ideas and if so how did it go for you?
Underwater Encounter
I used to draw goldfish in the margins of my notebooks to pass the time during math class in high school. Now I can doodle them all I want without worrying about the FOIL method. In some ways adulthood isn't so bad after all.
Acrylic on canvas
I was inspired by the caramel boba tea I had yesterday afternoon. Here's a sweet treat sketch!
I painted a brightly colored robot
Acrylic paint on canvas. My mind has been a little messy lately and I can't sleep so I got the excess energy out this way. My apologies for the eye strain!
I found a Hannah Montana outfit with pink Skechers sneakers for my goat and now she's a 2008 queen
He's just a babyyy
Won this big guy from a crane game and he's my new child I love him so much
I adopted this crocheted cutie at a market yesterday
I have tried crochet in the past and I simply cannot make my hands do the thing. I have great admiration for those who can and would gladly buy all of the plushies if I could.
I painted a flamingo on an alligator
