Okay, a little background.

I gave May 2026. I could not clear and I was gonna give September 2026 again with half cooked preparation if I’m being honest.

But surprisingly, not surprisingly, I don’t know what, it was a fuck up on my side, but I missed the exam form deadlines and now my attempt has shifted to January 2027, and I genuinely wanna pass this attempt.

I need some good and budget friendly gym reccs in malviya nagar prolly around sector 2. If upto 3-4km, then i don’t mind commuting.

Timeline:
Encounter occurred just after midnight on June 17.
Today is June 19 (about 48 hours later).
Both of us were virgins.
No known STI history for either of us.

What happened:
We attempted vaginal intercourse without a condom.
He was unable to penetrate further than the entrance. It was very painful for me.
There was bleeding, likely from stretching/tearing tissue at the vaginal entrance/hymen.
I stopped him almost immediately each time because it hurt.
We tried twice, but he could not get properly inside and kept slipping out.
To the best of my knowledge, there was no successful penetration beyond the entrance.
He did not ejaculate before, during, or after the attempts.
He did not ejaculate near my vulva/vaginal opening.
I am unsure whether there was any pre-ejaculate present, but if there was, it did not seem excessive.
He urinated and washed afterward.

Current symptoms:
No itching.
No burning with urination.
No foul or fishy odor.
Vaginal discharge is currently white/creamy, sometimes stretchy, and odorless.
I saw a tiny amount of yellow mixed in once, but otherwise the discharge appears normal.

Cycle history:
My periods have been irregular recently.
One recent cycle was around 60 days.
The next cycle was around 53 days.
Last period started on June 1.

Questions:
Based on this history, how would you assess pregnancy risk?
Would you recommend taking emergency contraception (levonorgestrel/i-Pill) at ~48-72 hours after the encounter?
Does the lack of ejaculation and absence of successful penetration make pregnancy unlikely enough that emergency contraception is unnecessary?
Is the discharge I described likely normal after a first sexual experience, or does it sound concerning?
I know nobody can give a guarantee. I’m mainly looking for an evidence-based risk assessment.

So me and a friend are planning to come to dehradun, specifically mussoorie and Landour.
