So i sold an mpc 2500. I put in the description that the rotary knob doesn’t work and needs to be fixed. I put the listing around $600 cause of that. I saw many going for about $800 and up. Now i will admit i kind of rush shipped it,in a box with styrofoam. I didn’t wrap it with anything. But it was well protected in there. Im assuming the buyer didn’t read the description about the rotary knob. He received it and i had to wait about a week for the funds to be released. The day they released the funds he messages me saying he wants a refund cause it wasn’t properly secured. I keep asking is there any damages other than the knob,he says just the knob dont work and it wasn’t properly packaged. He now opened a claim to refund. I wasted my time and im sure im gonna lose out on a few dollars and more time waiting for it than reposting it. Everything works fine except what i noted in description. Any advice on how i should handle this? I have close to 500 feedback at 100%. I don’t try to rip people off or and shady bullshit.

Just wondering if it’s capable of being able to play socom 2 for the ps2 online with this?
