I'm a school worker so it helps that it's summer but I still feel the weekend cravings. My emotions have seemed to stabalize these last 2 days which is great. I'm also the one that mentioned brain-zaps and those have gotten better too.

So seems like, for me who vaped nightly, it takes about 1 week to start to feel more normal. 41 days to go!

I didn't think this would happen as I didn't notice it the last time I took a long break. But I've been getting mild brain-zaps, similar to when I haven't taken my anti-depressant in a few days.

Has anyone else experienced this? Just curious.

Hey guys, I started a pretty long break from 6/22-8/8. I gotta admit that I did smoke on Tuesday evening once but that was it. I don't know if I should restart the clock or just keep it, whatever it doesn't matter.

But man, I have been so emotional this week. It took me a few days to realize it's because I'm not smoking. My god just everything is making me so upset. And I'm already an emotional person! I nearly cried 20 minutes ago because I can't seem to style my bangs right!

No desire to smoke though which is nice. I think it's because I started ozempic 2 weeks ago. It does seem to make taking a break easier.

Not really any trouble sleeping but I did get night sweats 2 nights in a row.

Well, just wanted to check in. We've got this.

Goal: No using until 8/8/26.

Usually I fail day 2, no lie. Whenever I want to take a break it's always okay day 1, okay day 2 FUCK!, okay day 1 FUCK!, OKAY DAY 1 FUCKKKK.

I just have no willpower. But I'm dead serious this time. It's about mindset the most, I think. And right now I'm in it.

Daily user here with very little self control! I really need a T break so I'm going to go for it this summer. My main goal is to lose 20 lbs but not having work stress will make it a bit easier (hopefully) to take a break.

I didn't smoke yesterday so I'm 24 hours in! Couldn't sleep though, but I know the drill.

I'm a school nurse at an elementary school in central CT. In the last 2.5 weeks, I've been sending multiple kids home for, what I believe, is the new norovirus strain.

It's not horrible, they get sick for 1 day, feel better at home the next, and then come back, but man, it is not the June I expect each year!

My question is, anyone else have to deal with this sickness, whether at work or at home? I'm trying to gauge if we're almost through it or if I have to deal with the stomach bug through the last day of school!

Switching to Android from Apple feels like entering Google-World. It takes a little getting used to but the switch was surprisingly easy and fast.

The one thing I absolutely hate is Dolby Atmos. It just freakin sucks. One volume is super quiet and then one click up and it's blasting my ears. I try to watch a video and the volume changes every second and makes it sound warped. I turn it off but it auto-turns back on after disconnecting from headphones. And I don't think there's anyway to completely disable it.

Any tips on how to make this better? Am I stuck turning it off every day, multiple times a day?

Ever since I was a kid I've loved music. I listen to so many different kinds. But when I'm in social situations with men, they always shit on my music choice and cut my pick off to play their garbage. I'm so fucking sick of it.

Anyone else deal with this?
