I understand solid green and red boxes mean positive and negative influence, but what does the empty green and red boxes mean? What’s the different between them and the blank boxes?

I think the new system could be alot of fun and will add a lot of variety to your teams. Gone are the days where you can sign all your best players to low cost 7 year contracts. I think them coming with their demands and having to work around that to start will be much more challenging. You won’t be able to sign everybody, which is a good thing.
