I've been having many problems with my Honda civic coup 2008.

It's a car I use seldomly but with these gas prices
I've been wanting to drive it to work.

I got my battery replaced today and drove it for 30 min (I wth today). However a neighbor knocked on my door to let me know that the brake light was on. I couldn't get it to turn off so I just disconnected the battery. And of course the battery was dead when I attempted to turn it on.

Another concern! The panel to the brakes are missing? I don't recall when it went missing but it was weird seeing it off. Could someone be fucking with the car? A long time ago I noticed the engine splash shield off. I didn't think much of it because it was already ripped to shreds and I figured perhaps someone tried to steal the catalytic converter? lol.

My plan of action is to jump my car again with my friend. But what can I do about the brake lights 😭

I want to start gardening!! I’m originally from the Bay Area and the home I rent has a garden that I could easily maintain. The house I’m renting now has nothing to maintain but the grass.

Right now I just have tomatoes. What do you recommend to plant for beginners?

And luckily I ran into a Reddit thread about the K3 and D3 vitamins. I take them at least 5 days a week (because I forget) and haven’t had stones in many weeks.

My brother brought a small dog into the home. The infuriating part is he never walks the dog. I like walking and don’t always mind but there are some days I work a double shift and will warn him ahead that I’m not going to walk his dog and if he could please do it. He never does.

So I just started taking money out of his wallet to kind of pay myself. Today I took a hundred and calculated this will be be enough for the rest of the month for me to not bitch at him. Stealing the money protects my peace in a way.

I know it’s wrong, but I don’t care. I didn’t bring the dog to this house. I wish he never got a dog because he knows he’s lazy. He thinks because he buys his food and takes him to the vet is enough, it’s not. His dog loves to walk. And I like to be paid $5/walk. I think it’s a reasonable price.

I know the baby girl with be Ofelia/Ophelia but I can’t think of boy names.

*My family is Hispanic/latino and I’ve always loved the name Ofelia since I heard it in Pan's Labyrinth. My intention was not to spell it for it to be unique/tragedeigh.

I do appreciate all the comments in regard to it though. Gives much needed perspective as I do live in the US.
