How To Avoid Lowering Resale Value After Repair

I recently backed my 2024 BMW X5 out of my garage with the trunk and rear passenger door open. I’ve caused some minor damage to the rear trunk hatch, and bent the passenger door in such a way that it will require extensive repairs if not a complete replacement.

My question is not about the cost to repair, I’m sure it will be high. I’m concerned about this repair being reported to carfax if I file an insurance claim. I am trying to avoid taking a hit to my resale value. What’s the best way to go about repairing this without taking reducing my cars resale value?

Chanterelle?

Found in North Georgia. Looks very much like a chanterelle but the gills look strange and the odor is not reminiscent of an apricot.

Grady Hospital Bill after 3 Night Stay

Had a motorcycle wreck and ruptured my spleen. had to have a minor operation (less than an hour) and I stayed 1 night on the trauma floor and then 2 more nights in the IOU for monitoring. this is just one of the bills being sent to my insurance.

Am I taking crazy pills? If anyone has experience with grady and billing and insurance please PM me because this is bonkers.

EDIT: i do have insurance. i pay $327 per month for a gold plan with kaiser permanente. even still, i will likely have to pay 10k out of pocket for this.
