Didn’t expect to end up here but here I am…

Going to Rome for 3 days in a few weeks. As a Portuguese I know way too well about tourist traps, fees, crowded places, overpriced “meh” restaurants for tourists etc…

Any suggestions on where to go? where to eat authentic food (without paying a kidney) and what to visit?

I really want to see the Pietà, Trevi Fountain and the Sistine Chapel (I studied art history so I’m probably gonna go a bit crazy there xD)

• How early should I go to avoid the madness?
• Any hidden gems?
• Anything you recommend that’s actually worth it and not just overhyped?

Also any tips besides slapping the shit out of pickpockets 😂

I'm a freelance photographer and videographer based in Portugal with several years of experience. I'm currently expanding my portfolio into the real estate market, and content creation in general.

To be honest, the local real estate agencies here in Portugal rarely value professional photography or media work, often lowballing us. However, through networking, I recently worked with a Swiss real estate agency that sells properties here. The difference in professionalism and appreciation for quality work is huge.

But they only have properties once in a while, so I need to find new clients.

I'm trying to offer social media packages, manage, content creation etc for all types of business, but when I do a proposal no one answers ... how do I find clients? Hopefully good ones that dont lowball all the time.

So I have some interested real estate agentes/ agencies, however they always say is expensive / want to negotiate, they always find a dude way cheaper. I got one that can be interested in exclusivity for them like, they only hire me if they need that service.

I said I do the photos and offer a small video so they can see the diffrence between me and the cheapest ones.

Just for reference:

299+tax photos around 30 (depends on the house) and + drone if possible

249+tax, simple video or social media or virtual tour

(48h turnaround, logos, resized etc)

How do I get them to sign with me without doing crazy drops on the price?

O meu namorado é da Eslovaquia, ele vive cá, mas trabalha como freelancer lá (remoto MKT). Ele paga impostos lá, mas agora descobriu que tem que começar a pagar impostos cá partir de certo tempo.

Realmente tem que pagar cá? E se pagar cá, não paga lá? Alguém percebe deste assunto?

Paga o que ? IRS e SS, eu pensava que como é europeu não tinha estes stress.

So I need some big help, I'm a photographer and videographer in the real estate business (new to the real estate side), but now that I'm going to the agencies in person and people ask me if I do social media, management like creating content and scheduling post.

I have a course in Digital Marketing, a few months course, however when I had it was thinking about just to use for my benefit, never expected to provide service.

What should I charge per package?

And what should I put in the packages?

I have two types of clients, like they just want simple stuff ... other asked me for more personalized style .
