Got Copilot Business at work, came across a recommendation to use GPT 5.6 Luna as an explore agent instead of default Gemini flash 3.5 or Haiku 4.5 whatever it was using.

Any more tips and tricks like that? I am using Ubuntu on the laptop btw. Plus how's the Plan+execute pattern looking like using Opus /Sonnet to plan and then maybe use MAI Flash 1.1 to execute? MAI 1.1 looks quite inexpensive.

Wanted to preorder this but like no post launch DLC listed? like the game is the game no dlc no nothing no reinstalling after more than half a year for a dlc or something? control and alan wake 2 listed their dlc upfront but nothing here, did remedy comment about it? will it be announced separate from the pass depending on sales?

Starting to prepare for the possibility of gigging as a local band and i am so much in awe of Jimmy Page's 70s stage clothing and I was wondering if yall had any big flowey dragon motifs I could try stitching on

Also a girl I like bought this fancy shirt which had like a skeleton esque motif in terms of cloth folds and physical structures resembling a spine and other bones et al on it and it was in white so I wondered hmmmm on a black tee a couple of spinal nerves and or other nerves could serve as a cool independent piece but also if we ever got together for a bit it could also be nice to show off ahahahha ! So any ideas there? I really love the symmetry of sashiko but I wonder if there's other ways to push the boundaries of this art form in a way?

I'm an amateur guitarist and I plan to visit hamburg twice next month for 2 weekends in a row and I was wondering if I could find some rehearsal spaces and or people and or bands to jam a bit and songwrite on Fridays and Saturdays. Our band has scrapped our first album and we are rewriting but I'd love to connect with other musicians and jam more stuff out. As a guitarist my influences are Hendrix, Page, Clapton, Frusciante, Navarro and Richards & as a bassist it's Geezer Butler, Eric Avery, Flea & Paul Simonon.

I'm trying to disable reasoning for quicker outputs in llamacpp-server. I remember using LM studio and that having a think button in the gui that could be toggled but later I tried the unsloth ggufs but they don't have that button for some reasonbut anyway I tried reasoning budgets and jinja template flags but I just can't get it to disable reasoning :(

I recently started a new job and we're doing python development for a ci cd metadata consolidation library for analytics and we cannot use no stuff like claude code or codex or gh copilot or any model APIs (free or paid). I got a laptop with 32gb dual channel ddr5 5200mt/s RAM and i7 13gen 1365u running ubuntu.

Now I tried so so many things firstly running llamacpp vulkan for qwen 3.5 9b q5 (got OOM'd somehow on ingesting a 340 line file while I set it up with a 24k context limit) then I tried gh copilot with ollama (ew but curiosity got the better of me but I couldn't get it to chat with code on the same qwen model). Tried Continue dev extension (OOMs and chat windows non responsive) and llama cpp vs code extension (chat window never showed up to work but the localhost url was live)

I tried LMStudio and now it kinda works with qwen 3.5 4b q5 and qwen 3.5 9b q5 on CPU backend with the Roo extension on VS code rn but I'm thinking there has to be a better way to do things locally?

Codebase is being demoed in 2-3 weeks for MVP so no one's adding wild new features but we're refactoring and a few files are 6000ish lines of test cases in pytest.

I got a bunch of questions but I gotta ask - what's the move here for developer experience -> a lot (not all but a lot) of files have docstrings so I suppose pdoc and or tools like that could help but it wasn't as comprehensive as we had expected and I remember reading about aider's repo map too but anyway to score a good repo representation and or structure to better onboard myself and other devs in the future?

Also -> what model and backend do I use and what harness?VS code and some extensions? Llamacpp again (skill issue maybe?) Zed + Lmstudio? Opencode? Pi ? Help a homie out please
