Current OEM tires were Firestone FT140 and only got 35k miles out of them.

Likely to go to discount tire for install or just order online and have a shop install them

I am struggling to find a tire across all brands that does not dry rot, performs decent in rain, and lasts longer than 50k miles.

I live in a hilly, hot part of Texas. When it does rain we get heavy pours.

I’ve read Michelin Defenders, Continentals (all contact models), and GoodYear Eagle RS, - all dry rot easily.

Don’t need sporty, just wet, and long tread life.

We are a small company in the process of acquiring a small competitor, only 40 employees.

They use Google Workspace, we use everything MS.

They have no MDM but have a mix of company devices and personal.

We want everything under our MS; Entra, Intune, Outlook, and MDM.

Has anyone here experienced taking over Google Workspace accounts & merging mail?

Wondering how you planned this or if you just scrapped everything Google and forwarded mailboxes before decommissioning?

I am trying to learn (more) about MS Intune, Autopilot, etc to help my small organization advance.

eBay Ai is sending me in a loop and I select to “have us call you”

I then get a message 2 minutes later saying they tried to call me. I never got a call. All call spam filtering is off. Done this 4 times.

As a student I am considering pursuing a path and career in psychology.

I would like to know from those with a career, such as a Psychologist, counselor, or in academia how have you liked your career?

I wonder if the career such a clinical psychologist can become overbearing on oneself if you are exposed to (perceived negative) patient stories for several years.

I was laid off April 10th in Texas.

I was given a severance package and had to sign a termination agreement. It was a company wide restructuring.

Texas's unemployment office called me yesterday asking questions about my claim. They asked if I received any final funds. I confirmed I was given a severance with my PTO and 3 months of salary as my job was outsourced to India.

Today I got a letter for Texas stating 1 am disqualified for unemployment because I received a severance payment.

Anyone have any advice or help?
