Do you think it's necessary for a restaurant to have a customer Wi-Fi?

The other day I went to a restaurant and I asked them for their Wi-Fi and they told me they don't give it out for security reasons because of their POS and I told them they should virtually separate the networks and create one for customers. To me having that security flaw is a horrible network design. I think every restaurant should have Wi-Fi for their customers.

The Uber Eats driver rating system is flawed

First of all the rating is a low sample size and for human behavior a person is more likely to give you a bad rating for doing something bad than you getting a good rating for doing your basic job or even a good thing.

So I went to a restaurant and asked them if I can get the wifi password and they told me they don't give it out because of security reasons

After they told me they don't give out wifi password I told them they should have a guest network or have a vlan network for the customers of the restraunt to scan the QR code.

When a restaurant takes a long time to make the food, I asked if the customer can get store credit and the restraunt gets pissed off and giving me attitude.
