Is anyone else seeing an inaccurate number of songs on Spotify?

One of my favorite bands is Florence + the Machine, and I've been listening to them for years. I usually have over 50 songs, but spotify is saying I only have 19. Is anyone else having that issue?

What's an OI you would NEVER recommend to someone who's interested in the genre? For me, it's [They say I was born a King's Daughter].

Let's say you have a friend who's heard of OI but hasn't read an OI story yet. I have a TON of stories that I would recommend. However, I would tell them to avoid this story like the plague. IT'S ABSOLUTELY DOGSHIT. At one point, I used to recommend it when it first came out cause I thought it had potential. Honestly, I was thoroughly disappointed that the MC didn't join or start a revolt.

I would only tell a friend to read this if I hated them and wanted to break off the friendship.

Anyway, what's an OI you would tell people to avoid?

Did anyone else know that "They Say I Was Born A King's Daughter" had a "sequel" that was cancelled??

I'm sorry. I wasn't sure if people knew for a couple of reasons. 1. I never really saw any posts about it, and 2. The amount of people actually reading it was pretty small. According to tapas, the first chapter of the sequel (they're actually called special episodes) had over a 1000 views, but as it went on, the newer chapters only had a few hundred views.

Please note that I did not really read it. I just skimmed it here and there. I realized haven't seen any chapters in a minute, so I went and checked and saw a message from the tapas that said "series finale." The sequel officially ended ON A CLIFFHANGER.

Its just kinda shocking how this series went from being a popular OI to almost forgotten. The first chapter of the series had millions of views. The last chapter of the special episodes have over 100. Its a bit sad, but tbh deserved.

What's your favorite Ed, Edd, n Eddy moment that you feel isn't talked about enough?

For me, it's that one scene in Laugh Ed Laugh where Eddy tells Ed, "You have one eyebrow and no chin!" And then Ed looks up and down at his eyebrow and neckchin (i.e. two places he shouldn't be able to see without a mirror).

Out of all the Scooby Doo villains, which one do you think had pettiest reason for doing their crime/scaring people?

This post was kinda inspired by another post about Bill.

  1. Bill from Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase. Keep in mind that Professor Kaufman said he was his best student. This guy made a walking talking computer virus and used it to scare away Eric, his competition... Also, if he had the ability to make that, he could have elevated his baseball game a bit.

  2. Skippy from A Pup Named Scooby Doo (Night of the Living Burger). Worked for O'Greezy's for 38 years and got a bunch of awards, but never the one thing he really wanted: a raise. Tbh, I think his reason is a lot less petty than Bill's, but still kinda up there. As Daphne pointed out, he could have quit and got something else. On one hand, Daphne is a rich kid, and getting a job is very hard. On the other hand, he never even thought about quitting and had 38 years of experience. He could have found something...

What villain do you think had a petty reason? Bill and Skippy were the first two that came to mind for me.

Mine's personally Raven from Teen Titans

Is it me or is Citysville probably the "least dangerous" city in the PPG world?

Obviously, there's still high crime rates in Citysville, but I'm pretty sure that's the worst of it. I'm assuming Citysville never had anything like monsters and aliens destroying buildings and other structures. If it did, I don't think the mayor would sign an order banning "superheroing." To be honest, I definitely get why he did that, but I can't help but think what could happen if a monster shows up?

Also, since theres other superheros in the PPG world, that must mean there's a lot more monsters, aliens, and villains attacking other parts of the world. Since it's supposed to be a realistic city, does this mean monsters just never come there?

Anyway what are your thoughts?

Does anyone else hate when the "commoner" character is evil? (What Death Taught Me AND Angel or Villainess)

Tbh, I feel like I should be on the side of the commoner character. They just want a better life after suffering for a long time. However, the thing that irks me is what these characters do in order to get rich and powerful. For example, the commoner girl (sometimes low ranking noble) who gets adopted or becomes friends with the fl. This girl will do everything she can to not only get rich and powerful, but also ruin the fl's life (i.e., spread rumors, get involved with engaged or married men, brainwashing/mind control, manipulate situations to look like the victim, murder, etc). Mind you, there are some cases where fl is super supportive and kind to the commoner girl. The commoner girl doesn't care about that. She just wants to destroy the fl.

First picture is Kanna from What Death Taught Me. Second picture is Angela from Angel or Villainess.

Anyway, those are my thoughts. What do you think?

I just realized something about Sabro's older brother (Possible plot hole?SPOILERS FROM MANGA)

How old is he, and when was he born?? I rewatched some of the episodes from the first season and realized that Sabro's brother looked pretty grown (maybe a teenager) when Sabro was a kid.

One would assume Ameri and Sabro are probably a year apart. So doesn't this mean Sabro's brother was alive at the time Ameri was born? If that's the case, he would be around the same age as Kalego or Opera, maybe Narnia..

The only explanations I could think of were either Sazban had Sabro's brother pretty young or Henri and Merize were together for a longer time than expected.

Anyone else like how hair dye is used in this show?

Hair dying represents several things to me (creativity, rebellion, looking youthful, etc), and they all boil down to expression.

I feel they used hair dying more creatively in the show. For example, Lilith wanted to look intimidating, so she dyes her hair dark blue and straightens it. Her hair gets more curlier as the redemption arc goes on, but it's still dark blue. After apocalypse and learning more about Belos, she shaves off her dark hair, showing that any lingering feelings she had toward the emperor's coven is now gone. She's showing that she's both back to her old self but more mature.

Then there's Amity and Odalia. Odalia has Amity's hair dyed green cause she wanted all her kids to be "matching." Tbh, I think this is the first time I've seen a parent in any show make their child dye their hair. Usually, I've seen it the other way around where a child dyes their hair and the parent gets upset.

Weirdly enough, this happens with Amity and Odalia as well. Odalia is "ok" with hair dye but only colors she deems appropriate. When Amity dyes her hair purple, she pesters Amity to change it back to green. Amity changing it to purple represents her love for abomination magic and her rebellion against her parents (mainly her mom).

Tbh, I thought Amity was going to go back to her brown hair like how Lilith went back to red. I like that she dyed it a completely different color. It also shows that despite her mother making her dye her hair, she still likes using it. She just wants to pick her own colors.

I just wanna say I love how different Lilith looks in the epilogue compared to her first appearance

Obviously, she doesn't look completely different, but I feel if I didn't watch the show and someone showed me her "before and after" pictures, I would still assume they were different characters.

I love it when a character's appearance changes in a way that reflects their personality. Imo, both give off smart and powerful. However, the first one tells me Lilith is strict and no-nonsense. The second one gives relaxed and adventurous.

I especially like the changes with her hair. According to Dana Terrace, Lilith dyed her hair blue to look more intimidating. By shaving it off, she's technically "returning to her roots."

What do you think of pet shelters encouraging people who work full-time to adopt?

I've been seeing a few posts on Instagram from some shelters who encourage people who work full-time to adopt dogs. Basically, they would show how the dogs live at the shelter, which was them staying in their cage all day except for play time. The main point of the videos was to say that waiting 8 or so hours for their person to show up is nothing compared to waiting day and night to be adopted.

I just wanted to get some thoughts on this. Personally, I've been wanting to get a dog for a long time, but haven't yet. One of the main reasons is cause I work full time and my job is an 1h and 30m away from where I live. I plan to live closer to work in the future, but I would still be out of the house for a long time.

I have also some people tell other not to get a pet if they work full-time but this depends on other factors (how old the pet is, what breed, if they have someone who can watch them while they're at work, etc).

Movie about a girl who joins a coven and her father's unfortunate ending

I can't remember the plot 100% but here's what I remember.

  • The main character was a high school girl who learns she is a witch
  • Her mother who passed away was also a witch and a part of a demonic coven
  • The dad tried to keep this a secret
  • The coven finds them
  • The dad ends up in an asylum
  • The girl, who fully embraces her powers, does not care that her dad is locked up there

If this sounds familiar, please tell me the name. I've been looking for this for years

I'm so worried for Shiida

Anyone can tell that she genuinely wants to be a good teacher. She doesn't want Iruma hurt.

But she's with 6 Fingers! Is she going to fight against them like she did with Atori, or would she fight with them?
