(Liked Trope) Scenes that are so illogical that you can't help but turn off your brain and enjoy them

  1. Yellowstone Supervolcano Eruption ( 2012 ) - An eruption from the real supervolcano would immediately vaporize everything within half a hundred miles or so from the impact. Meanwhile, the family just stands there like it's a lightshow. Nonetheless, the tension was so high in this scene that I couldn't help but sit through the whole thing, even if it's so far from reality.

  2. The Card Scene ( Now You See Me 2 ) - I refuse to believe none of the guards, who are guarding an extremely secure facility btw, did not notice them flinging the chip, or card, around within their field of view. Not to mention the security cameras that should line the whole place from top to bottom. Still, the scene was really cool and I enjoyed every bit of it.

(Video Game Trope) Seemingly supernatural characters in calm and peaceful games

  1. Mister Qi ( Stardew Valley ) - This guy oversees the farmer's every action, owns a shady casino in the desert, and can seemingly travel through space and time as he is often in multiple places at once (in his walnut room and the casino itself) and bypasses the out-of-bounds glitch when you illegally enter the summit prior to Perfection. He also claims to know everything about the farmer and what they plan to do in the valley, even before they ever step foot in the place. Players, myself included, also theorize that this guy can do dark magic (in a farming sim), and is seemingly immortal. It is still unclear exactly who Mr. Qi is, and I don't think any questions about his origin will ever be answered.

  2. Mighty Eagle ( Angry Birds ) - This may be a bit of a stretch, but hear me out - and this is only about the Mighty Eagle in the official games, not the movie version (as that iteration really sucks). He is the largest bird we've ever seen thus far (monumentally larger than da biggest bird Terrence), and his sheer presence alone can topple the pig's buildings as seen when you summon him in Angry Birds 2. He only ever shows up as a dark silhouette ingame, never as an actual bird compared to the rest, and he can instantly kill any pig in the field regardless of where they are or what obstacle is between them. Furthermore, you summon him using a flimsy tuna can instead of a relic or something.

(Loved Trope) Villains whose actions are so vile that you end up genuinely and wholeheartedly despising them irl

  1. The Dark Lord ( Animator vs. Animation ) - Never would I live to see the day that a frickin stick figure would be one of my most hated characters of all time (the recent episode was ABSOLUTE CINEMA btw). Everything he does up to this point has been nothing but pure spite towards his targets - both to Alan and other stick figures like The Chosen One and The Second Coming alike. No benevolent motives, no backstory, no dead loved ones, nothing. It's nothing but the thrill of it. The recent episode put the nail in the coffin to just how much I despise this little brat and how badly I want him to perish (avoiding spoilers ofc).

  2. Mysterio ( Spider-Man: Far From Home ) - One of the most underrated villains in the MCU by a LONG SHOT. Even then, I still despise him more than almost any other villain thus far. He's the one who started it all - from exposing Peter Parker's identity and eventually making the entire universe forget who he is. Not only that, but he shattered Peter's trust and seized the very last thing Tony Stark left for him. All the chaos wasn't just directed at Peter ofc, as he also wanted to kill his closest friends and girlfriend as well as framing the entire city of London into believing he's a hero. At the end of the day, words cannot further explain how much I hate him and the satisfaction I had when he was finally dead (or is he?)
