Hey I have a new Capital One Platinum secured MasterCard. I got it on April 17th. I paid off the balance (~$500). The mobile banking app says I have an available balance of $500. I tried to order DoorDash, it was declined due to insufficient funds. When will I be able to use my card again?? Thank u.
