Is this normal?

I’ve had my Allez Comp for a year now. Mostly fair weather riding in Southeast Texas. Caught in a couple random showers but that’s about it. I keep the bike pretty clean, and today while drying it after a bath, I noticed these rearbrake caliper bolts under the bike have corrosion. Is this just par for the course for our humidity? Should I replace them with titanium screws or something?

Spare screw kit for B7.1?

Any recs for a kit of spare hardware for the B7.1?
For example, i lost a motor mount screw yesterday but luckily someone at the track had a spare for me.
Just don't want to buy something that ends up being soft and strips easily.

First 21.5t race: slow and terrible steering

This b7.1 is my first buggy and racing on indoor black carpet. Starting off with 21.5t class. Set up with all the default settings according to the instruction manual. Just unsure of toe and camber settings since I don’t have anything to measure that stuff yet.

So my main issue is my steering is terrible. I have to slow down so much to make the turns. Secondary to that I feel a little bit slower in the straights compared to my fellow racers who should all have the same motor and gearing. But really what I want to get sorted is increasing my steering response.
What should I be looking at?

Thanks!🙏

Deathproof disappeared the next day

I was watching this Tarantino flick and got too tired to finish it so left it with maybe 30 mins left. Went back to watch the following night and it's GONE. Neither deathproof or Grindhouse shows up in the search. WTH? I'm on the lower tier where you watch a couple mins of commercials in the beginning but then get to watch the movie uninterrupted. Anyone else?

Anyone else love cycling but completely ABHOR indoor cycling?

I love cycling outdoors, even in 95+ degrees and humidity.
So I got Rouvy and a Wahoo Kickr this past November thinking it would be great for winter.
Beyond the issues they had with the zwift shifters, and other random device connection issues, the experience of it makes me want to slit my wrists. I can't wait until the ride is over. It's freakin torture, mentally, purely due to the boredom of experiencing nothing but pedal rotation. Even with the fancy graphics. I can probably count on one hand how many times I've used it since then. I'd rather be outside and freeze my ass off (we don't get snow usually so I have that advantage) than hook my bike up to that boring device from hell. I HATE it. Like, I want to stab it with a red hot poker, right in the eye.

It's crazy what a difference fresh air and actually moving forward through the real world makes in the experience.

I see people who are all into Rouvy and it blows my mind. Different strokes though, so if you are one of them, more power to ya! I'm sure lots of folks are the opposite of me and hate riding outdoors for whatever reason.

CarPlay Nav Issues in your Ridgeline?

This used to be intermittent on my 2025 BE; sometimes it would fix itself during the ride, and now it's 100% of the time. Whenever I use Google Maps or Apple Maps with my old (but running the current iOS) iphone 12 Pro, the sound is all weird. When the nav prompts come on, the stereo volume mutes so I can hear the prompts, but the prompts don't seem to come through the stereo speakers. It sounds like the prompts are only coming out of my phone or some other tiny speaker somewhere. I can barely hear it.
Anyone else have this issue? Any known fix?

What's up with these Meus axles?!

I ordered these MEUS RACING Mullet Setup SCX24 V2 Axles a while ago and have been struggling with keeping the front wheels on because the front axle is so short, the wheel nuts would barely thread on. I finally went back to the amazon listing and was looking at the photos and noticed the brass nuts on the front are half the thickness! So i contacted Meus through Amazon and even though I was far past the return window they refunded me so I could re-order. Very cool of them, as I was just asking how I could get the correct nuts. I ordered them again, just received them and they are the exact same as my first ones!

Anyone else have this issue? I can return these to Amazon and order direct from Meus but wondering if I'm even going to get the correct ones, or if what I have actually is correct and the Amazon picture is wrong.

Long Sleeve SUMMER jersey?

I currently wear regular short sleeve cycling jerseys but I also wear white arm sleeves for sun protection. Do long sleeve jerseys exist that are meant for warm weather? Would rather deal with one piece of equipment rather than three separate pieces.

Noble NB4/NB4+ Setup Tips/Tricks?

Any tips for setup specific to Mini-Z???
I've been using my NB4+ for months, but feel like I use maybe 1% of its capabilities.
I've changed the steering curve, but that's about it.

Noble NB4+ Help Please

What settings are causing the steering and channel 4 to be not zero’d out in the EPA settings screen (photo 1)? Photos two and three show my steering settings. And in photo 4, what is that L/R scale at the very bottom and why would it be all the way at R?

Which way to orient sectional sofa?

We want to replace this sofa with a full L-shaped sectional (not a chaise).
Which side would be best to have the side-facing part of the sectional?
Along the stairs, or along the windows/french doors?
Last photo is example sofa.

Anyone using "Indoor" cycling shoes outdoor?

Shimano for example has shoes marketed for indoor training. The main difference seems to be that the uppers are more ventilated due to less airflow indoors. Seems to me this would make them perfect for warmer climates. I'm in houston and will take any relief from the heat that I can get. So i'm curious if anyone else in warm climates uses these outdoors. I do understand they may be not as stiff as some regular outdoor shoes but not sure that matters to me. Right now I'm using Shimano SH-RC102's.
