Since a lot of you asked on my last post, here's my everyday makeup routine (◕ᴗ◕✿)

first of all, thank you so much for all the love on my previous post! i genuinely wasn't expecting that response🥹😭

alot of people asked what products i use, so i thought I'd put everything in one place. (some even asked about the hair extensions lol??? but i gotchu🤏🏾)

most of my routine is made up of affordable products i buy here in Kenya, so some of these brands might be unfamiliar if you're outside East Africa

✨ Skin prep✨ (slide 5)

-Nivea Soft Moisturizing Cream

-Cosmo SPF 30 sunscreen

✨Brows✨ (slide 6)

-Davis eye brow pencil (the skinny one) in number 2 (or dark brown, i use it first to sketch the shape and size of the brow)

-Kiss beauty superblack eyeliner pen (dark brown) (for colouring in the brow)

-Usha's master precise all day waterproof eyeliner pen (black) (it has a very fine tips to draw hair like strokes throughout the brow and at the beginning to give that feathered look)

-L.A girl pro conceal in Espresso (to clean up the brows but only the bottom, LEAVE THE TOP ALONE)

-L.A girl conceal in Fawn (to add highlight at the end/arxh of the brow)

✨Base✨ (slide 5)

(I don't use foundation🫣like i said in my previous post i used to be a full glam girlie then i just started wearing less layers, so foundation was one of the layers that had to go)

-L.A girl pro conceal in Espresso × Dark Cocoa (used for spot correcting and covering hyperpigmentation)

-L.A girl pro conceal in Fawn (for under eyes, nose bridge and tip, above the lip and chin)

-Ushas liquid blush (shade 01)

-s.t.r color blush color 03 (to set the liquid blush)

-Ushas Jelly tint (shade 04) (i use this to deepen the lighter blush to sort of create a contour effect, also use to contour my nose)

-Luron Compact powder in Golden Classic BL05 (for all over my face) and Amber Glow BL35 (for setting the lighter concealer)

-Black Opal loose powder in number 04 (usually for baking under the eyes and nose bridge but only if i want them brighter. but a great addition cause it helps the compact powder set better)

-Sevencool pure shimmer powder in no 12 and 09 (for highlight! 12 is blue and 09 is pink)

-Ushas Photo Finish Makeup Spray

✨Eyes✨ (slide 7)

-Ushas concealer pencil (for waterline)

-any waterproof mascara, mascara is genuinely just mascara i don't think it matters to me honestly just has to be waterproof 😭

✨Lips✨(for this particular post!) (slide 8)

-Davis Eye lip liner (thick pencil) in number 38 and number 13 (use 38 to outline and 13 to blend it out)

-Sweet Pop Juicy Glow Lipgloss in no 08

-Ushas popular lipgloss shade 105 (for the middle of the lower lip)

-Ushas fruity lipgloss (no 4) as the topper

(for the previous post!) (slide 9)

-Davis Eye lipliner in number 38 (outline)

-Kiss Beauty lipstick pen no 02 (blend out the outline)

-Usha's water lip tint in either number 01 or 03. 03 is pinker and lighter and 01 is deep and dark

-Ushas popular lipgloss shade 105 for the middle of lower lip

-Ushas fruity lipgloss (no 4) as the topper

✨Hair✨ (slide 10)

literally some extensions by a brand called Angels called Soprano locs, they're literally just soft locs (and i installed them like individual faux locs) but skinnier. the colour is black/#1

(slide 11 is me in indoor lighting🤭)

a little disclaimer: i know a lot of these brands aren't commonly available outside Kenya, but these are genuinely the products i use every day

some brands like usha's, davis eye, kiss beauty and str color are available online but I'm not sure you'll get the same product😭 i hope i was able to help though! one thing I love about my routine is that it's affordable. i don't think makeup has to be expensive to look good, so i usually buy products because they perform well, not because they're luxury brands

a few things people asked me:

• yes, these are my everyday brows😂please i shaved them off to draw them skinny everyday if you saw my real eyebrows you'd RUN

• my lashes are strip lashes, bought from an online store in Kenya their instagram page is @tottsbeauty they sell strip lashes in sets and different styles, i got a mixed style (all 25mm)

• ALL of my makeup is affordable/drugstore

• if anyone wants swatches or close-ups of a specific product, let me know, I'll try to reply in the comments!

How can i improve my makeup?

heyyyyy long time lurker first time poster! i have looked the same for like the last 3 or so years this is how i do my makeup every single time, except if i want to be more extra i wear 25mm lashes and more highlight/blush/glitter and eyeliner (esp if it's like an event or a night out; last 4 pics) and i have no eyebrows I've been shaving them off for 3 years cause i love them skinny, but how i draw them depends on my mood sometimes they're long sometimes arched sometimes short, 😂

anyways i think maybe I'd like to look different a lil bit or add something but at the same time i kind of like the way my makeup looks? i used to be a full glam girlie then i started getting really overstimulated so i wear a lil less makeup than i used to. but what do you think i should add/subtract?

The Polygamist

(added a spoiler tag for those who are still watching would HATE to ruin it for you)

just finished getting traumatized by the polygamist and honestly i feel none of the women are victims. at first i felt so bad for Joyce, i mean imagine being married to someone for 20 years, your entire brand is built on that marriage and how to make it work for 20 years. you have a baby with said man and then the day you give birth he's busy CHEATING on you (i was so livid if i was Joyce ningekuwa Lang'ata sahii). i felt so horrible

but then, this babe of ours finds out about his gacungwa and then INSISTS on still being married to him even after HE filed for divorce, disrespected you multiple times infront of said gacungwa...like everything the supposed love of your life should not do, YET YOU STILL INSISTED ON BEING MARRIED? all in the name of keeping the family together when deep down she just wanted to keep her brand intact. like wow Joyce all this for just bodysplash don't piss me off😒

can't feel sorry for Matipa either, you knew the man had a wife with kids, it was NEVER gonna be you. nothing else to add there honestly.

Essie is the biggest bird of them all, you're keeping your family and marriage a secret all in the hopes that one day this man will come back and claim you as his first original wife, to the point you've denied your children their identity they have to live in lies to protect your fantasy. oh and also cause you get a monthly stipend😒ESSSIEEEEEEE

and what's worse is she stole the body to go and bury? girl.

Lindani seems to be the one who actually 'benefitted' cause she knew how to play the game, atleast she didn't get stuck with taking care of Jonasi or even indulging his silly whims and tantrums (like right before he got deathly ill and she locked him in some random room🤣) she barely cooked or cleaned and was always outside doing hot girl shit (the pilates scene was KILLING ME💀💀💀unaenda kubend bend na benefactor anakufa?????🤣🤣🤣 exactly always focus on you🤣🤣🤣👏🏾) and she got the apartment which btw was originally Matipa's. i mean Lindani isn't really a winner but i love how she chose not to be responsible for Jo. she got HIV which is like 😬

i feel sympathetic to the children only honestly. Mpume, Menzi, the twins, Nkazi, Freedom and Sarah. they were all traumatised in their own ways and i wish their moms made better choices honestly. i feel even Sarah being hypersexual like that was just insecurity and jealousy, she always wanted to live the life that Mpume had she always wished she was Mpume. that's why she changed the pictures in Jo's office, started calling herself Daddy's Little Girl like Mpume, fucking her boyfriend, stealing her phone...list is endless. also pretty much the relationship Essie and Jonasi had was transactional (money for your silence) so she always felt that gifts have to be repaid sexually (when she almost kissed her uncle for the laptop).

oh Menzi is literally Jonasi Jr lol.

Mpume i hope you don't get on that silly forgiveness bullshit like your mother, i loved how firm and hard her boundaries were in the beginning in the end she was giving Joyce Jr, HATED IT.

anyways those are just my opinions off the top of my head.

Jonasi, burn in hell you miserable piece of shit🫶🏾

also I don't think there's a need for season 2 my poor heart can't take all this drama
