best possible 1440p pc for £1650

budget £1650
location: UK
i heard i could get tax free parts from germany, where parts are cheaper than they are in the UK.
so if thats true, then make lists on german pc part picker.

i was going to go with: https://www.palicomp.co.uk/amd-orion-ryz9
with a bit of configurations
i feel like the website is visibly unpleasing and just doesnt look trustworthy.
according to Trustpilot, it is safe but with these prices surely something is wrong?

does anyone have any idea if they use new parts or used/refurbished parts?

budget £1650

i was thinking of going for this: https://www.palicomp.co.uk/amd-orion-ryz9

but configured to have:

cpu cooler: thermalright peerless assassin

case: aerocool p500c

total: £1496

and i also thought of buying a separate 2x16 ddr5 RAM kit when i go to the USA later this year and selling the 1x16 stick they gave me.

2x16 kit: $320 (£234)

total: £1730

sell the 1x16 stick: £100

total price £1630

this was the best value i could find; is there anything even better than this?

i don’t mind getting all separate parts, but i’m also not confident in building it myself, so if you guys do suggest parts, you have to include the cost it would take for me to get it built into my budget.
