So I have a question. I purchased an autograph from a consignment. Not a company just a person who has amazing feedback. He’s a bigger person in the consignment business so he has a lot of clients. He got me my autograph and it was awesome he did a great job and I’m very grateful and happy with it. The problem is because they are a bigger consigner I didn’t get to pick my own picture to sign because they didn’t have time and i didn’t get a picture of the actor signing my autograph. I’m happy and grateful for my autograph but a little disappointed in not being able to choose my photo. My question is has this happened to anyone else? Is it better to pick a smaller consignment than a bigger one so it would be a little more personal. Again I’m happy with my autograph I’m just curious. Thanks 😊

Hello. I have a question? I know that this is my decision whether not to buy and it’s completely up to me but I would love to hear people’s opinions and thoughts about this question. Dragon con is coming up next month and I unfortunately won’t be able to go so I’m thinking about entering an consignment to get some autographs. This isn’t my first time entering one and probably won’t be my last. Actors from Stargate are going to be there and I would like to get a couple autographs. To get two autographs from an consignment plus fees are kind of expensive so I’m wondering if it would be cheaper to buy it off of eBay even though I would love to get an autographs deticated to my name by them I’m just wondering if it’s worth it. Again I know it’s my choice I just would love to hear peoples opinions and feedback. Thanks 😊

Hello. So I need a little help with something. I received a second negative feedback on a item that I sold. The first feedback was taken down but I can’t get the second one taken down even though it goes against eBay policy. I’ve called eBay multiple times through chat and by phone and they seem to not be able to help me out at all. My claim has been denied twice by eBay to get the negative feedback taken down. eBay doesn’t seem to want to help me at all. I’m trying one more time then I’m throwing in the towel. I’ve had my account for 8 years I’m a great seller and now I have my first negative feedback because an international buyer didn’t want to pay fees and taxes. Am I screwed or is there a next step I can take. Yes I know a negative feedback isn’t the end of the world but it’s still feels wrong. I appreciate any help or feedback that anyone can provide Thanks 😊

Edit. The buyer was from France. He paid for the item but complained about the price so I cancelled the order and blocked him after trying to work with them. The first feedback was taken down for fees but the second feedback the buyer lied about me not shipping it to France which was a lie I ship internationally all the time. An item I shipped just arrived to Germany a couple days ago so I do ship internationally so the feedback was a lie about not shipping to France.

Update. Lost my final appeal. I’m just going to leave it alone since eBay won’t help me. It sucks. 8 years of service and one Apple ruins it. Oh well. I did respond to the negative comment. Now I just have to move on. Thanks for the advice in the comments. I appreciate it.

Hello. So I sold an item to an international buyer but they wanted to pay just for the asking price not for taxes or shipping. After trying to work with them no the sale I cancelled the order and blocked them. Taxes aren’t my fault or problem. Everyone has to pay them. Well surprise surprise they left me a negative review months and months later. I managed to get the feedback taken down because it wasn’t my fault and eBay understood that and was on my side. So imagine my surprise when I’m looking at my feedback and somehow this person was able to give me another negative feedback on the same item I had taken down. How is that possible? How is it possible to write a second bad feedback? Of course I’m calling eBay to try and take it down but how could that happen? Has anyone had this happen to them before? What did you do to get it taken down? It’s not showing in the request to have the feedback taken down. It’s like this buyer has a vendetta or something. I appreciate any help or feedback and yes the buyer is blocked. Thanks 😊

Edit. I did do revision instead of taken down request so that might be the issue. Maybe the revision request was still open? Who knows. 😊

Update. My claim was denied because technically the buyer didn’t ask to cancel the order. I’m going to try and fight the decision and see if eBay will escalate it to delete the feedback. 8 years of selling this is my first problematic buyer. Never have I delt with something like this before. Thanks

Edit. Negative review was deleted. eBay decided to take my side. Buyer was in the wrong.

Hello. Just here to vent. I had an item that I was selling a prop. Two buyers from France was interested in buying the item but for some reason they couldn’t check out and pay. The kept stating the price of the item and how when they checked out to buy it was more money. I honestly didn’t understood what they were asking so I cancelled the item on there behalf so they can try and buy again but after several tries I had to cancel and block them. I just realized the issue the want to pay the asking price and not pay shipping and taxes just the asking price. How is that my fault? Everyone has to pay taxes. The price is always a little higher than the asking price. I just noticed they left me a negative review so now I have to fight it because it’s not my fault. I did everything to try and help them get the item even though I prefer not to ship internationally. eBay customer service is on my side but I by accidently asked to revise the feedback instead of removel so I have both open. Hopefully eBay sides with me I’m a great seller for the past 8 years. Not my fault

Has anyone heard or bought anything from a store called pillow mommy? They have kpop pillows and other merchandise. Some of the pillows have a battery where they can talk. They have a bunch of kpop groups but there’s hardly any reviews except for facebook. They have terrible reviews on Facebook. I was just curious if anyone has purchased from their website and how things went. Did you get your item?

Hello. So I asked a while ago if I should do a consignment with a fan account or a person with feedbacks on doing consignments. Well I decided to buy from the person with feedback it was a great experience. Everything went very smoothly. I was going to buy a bunch of autographs but I decided just to get four of them instead. If you ever question wether to do a consignment or not I would definitely consider it. It sucks not being able to make it to the convention but it’s a second best option. It’s expensive because of the fees but it’s almost worth it to get the autographs you want. I would consider it. Thanks 😊

So there was a comic con convention today and i didn’t go because it was too far away but it sucks. I don’t like meeting celebrities because I have chronic anxiety and very shy so I get so nervous and shut down when I meet celebrities. There were some actors I wanted to meet and I’m very envious of the people who got to meet them and take pictures and photos with them even though my anxiety would be through the roof and I would just shut down. I did get autographs from a third party it just sucks that I couldn’t meet them face to face and get photos personally despite my anxiety and shyness. Sorry i need to vent. Thanks 😊

I stupidly purchased a signed poster on facebook marketplace. Turns out it was fake. The seller agreed to give me a refund but couldn’t figure out how to do so. Eventually I got PayPal involved and they opened a case. After waiting a long time of waiting for their decision I was denied a refund even if the seller said they would give me a refund and worked with PayPal. I think the reason I was denied was because of the reason why I asked for a refund don’t match. I’m going to try and contact them to try and get my money back but I’m not happy about it. The item is fake and the seller was willing to give me a refund.

I feel stupid buying something without doing proper research.

Do collectors buy kpop pillows? Like pillow cases? Is that a thing? I know everyone collects photocards, albums, etc. I was just curious. Does it being new or used come into factor? Thanks 😊

Hello. I have a question. I had a potential buyer ready to buy an item from me but they couldn’t purchase it. It wouldn’t go through. They are international from France. I think the reason it won’t go through because the item might be prohibited in their country. They wanted the item so I ended up canceling the order so they can try again but it won’t go through. International shipping is on so I’m assuming the item is prohibited. Is that the reason why? I appreciate any advice anyone can provide. Had to block the buyer because they were determined to buy and really wanted the item. Thanks 😊
