Can someone smarter help me understand PAE for AlphaFold3 modelling?

Doing a model for a plant protein, I’m trying to list out the intramolecular interactions between 3 domains, I’ve enumerated the interactions at different cut off lengths, and I wanted to talk about the confidence scores for each interaction.
Problem is I’m not a great computational guy (this project is primarily wet lab), and I’m not sure what’s the best metric for the confidence scores for intramolecular interactions. Is it PAE? if so can someone explain it to me? Is there a standard cutoff for what is a low confidence PAE value
And if there is another metric you guys use for these interactions mentioning it would be greatly appreciated. Have a good day!

To my fellow adhd imperial students, can you guys stop fucking messing with the keyboard stands?!

I get it, it’s the boring ass library and you’re also fidgety. But I am this close to contracting arthritis if I have to go on another desktop with absent keyboard stands. I swear there’s only a singular PC stand in all of the library with a working keyboard stands.

Very faint but noticeable cold sores after two months since its appearance

Male, 21, 5’10/178cm, 190 lbs/86kg. I’ve had cold sores around my lip all my life, but they seem to go away most the time after a week or so. This time, whilst the severity of the cold sore disappeared also within a week, where I used aciclovir 5% cream everyday, it left a very faint trace of the cold sore that has been here for 2 months. Is this common? What can I do? It doesn’t impact my life at all, but now I’m scared to kiss my significant other, how transmissible are cold sores in this state? It’s just weird since a cold sore has never lingered like this for so long before

Note: first time using aciclovir

Council tax payment via paypal

Has anyone else paid their council taxes via paypal? I just attempted to pay mine and whilst the payment went through on paypal, on the Haringey website it said that an error has occured. My outstanding balance is still the same, which is very concerning. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Thanks in advance 😄

Trayton makes no sense and Caedrel is being courteous on X

TLDR Caedrel did a mini (justified) crash out and tweeted about how this is such a shit take, and traytons defence was that he mentioned how he mentioned after the clip that the production was good, etc etc, to which Caedrel said he takes back his statement on how trayton was like farming

Does trayton not know that the translate function exists? Your singular tweet reaches INTERNATIONALLY, whilst what you speak on your stream will only be understood by your own viewers. To a random person on twitch this really is just engagement bait, you made a dogshit oneliner that can be read by everyone and talked about the nice things after the clip ended. Grow up
