Ofis İşinde Sıfır Hata Mümkün Mü

Herkese selamlar.

İşleri her zaman sıfır hata yapabiliyor musunuz?

iPhone 16 Pro 512GB (used, under warranty) or brand new iPhone 17 512GB?

I'm currently using an iPhone 14 Pro 128GB. As much as I love this phone, the storage is no longer enough for me, so I need to upgrade.

I'm very torn between a 512GB iPhone 16 Pro that is still under warranty and a brand-new base model iPhone 17 with 512GB storage.

Camera performance is very important to me, which is why I'm having a hard time deciding. In your opinion, which device would be the better choice and why?

Thanks in advance for your advice!

16 Pro ve 17 Arasında Kaldım

Herkese selamlar.

Rate My Stack – Looking for Suggestions and Feedback

Hey everyone,
I currently take vitamin D3 + K2 and fish oil with breakfast every morning.
In the evenings, I take ZMA, biotin, zinc, and ashwagandha.
A few other supplements I use that aren’t shown in the picture:
Whey protein with a few meals throughout the day
Beta-alanine, citrulline malate, and creatine before workouts
L-theanine, glycine, and melatonin on some nights when I want help falling asleep
For hair loss, I take 1 mg finasteride three times per week. I’ve been using it since 2022 and haven’t experienced any side effects.
I lift weights 5 days per week, do cardio 4–5 days per week, and track my macros consistently.
Would you change the timing of any of these supplements?
Also, I like using zinc and was wondering what you think is a reasonable maximum daily dose. Would taking 40–50 mg per day be a bad idea long-term?
Any suggestions or feedback on my stack are welcome. Thanks!

Has any man with low body fat been operated on by Dr Ayse Kalay?

Hello everyone,

I’m considering having surgery with Dr Ayşe Kalay in Turkey. After seeing the results of a woman here who had an excellent outcome with her, I’ve become very interested in this surgeon.

However, I haven’t been able to find any male patients on her Instagram page. I’m a man with a relatively low body fat percentage, and my upper four abs are already visible. Dr Kalay told me that liposuction to my abdomen and lower flank/love handle area would be sufficient for my goals.

Is there anyone here who is male, has a low body fat percentage and a decent amount of muscle definition, and has had surgery with Dr Ayşe Kalay? I’d love to hear about your experience and see your results if you’re comfortable sharing them.

Thank you!

Cellular connection disconnects overnight while charging

My iPhone 14 Pro is running iOS 26.5. For some reason, on some nights while the phone is charging, it loses its cellular connection. When I wake up in the morning, I have to enter my SIM PIN again before it reconnects to the network.

I've seen a few other people mention the same issue, but I haven't been able to find a solution. If anyone has experienced this problem and managed to fix it, I'd really appreciate hearing what worked for you.

Brand New Watch

I just switched from a fitness tracker to a 46mm Series 11. It feels a bit large on my wrist, but the integration with my iPhone is fantastic. Now if Apple would just let us use the Ultra watch faces on the Series watches 😬.

Used Apple Watch: Newer Series or Ultra 2?

Trying to decide between 3 used Apple Watch options and wanted some opinions from people who’ve used them long term.

The options are:

  • Apple Watch Series 10 (still under warranty)
  • Apple Watch Series 11 (still under warranty)
  • Apple Watch Ultra 2 (warranty expired)

All of them are around similar prices in the second-hand market where I live.

I mostly care about:

  • battery life
  • sleep tracking
  • gym/workout usage
  • durability/longevity
  • smooth daily usage
  • value for money over the next few years

I go to the gym regularly and will actively use the watch for workouts and tracking. Sleep tracking is also pretty important for me.

The Ultra 2 is obviously more premium and has the bigger battery, but I’m not sure if buying one without warranty is a bad idea compared to getting a newer regular Series model with active warranty coverage.

If you were buying today, which one would you choose and why?

Adding music to Instagram Stories destroys the video quality

Hi, whenever I post a video to my Instagram Story and add music to it, the quality drops insanely bad. “Upload at highest quality” is already enabled in settings. I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro and recording in 4K 60fps.

Is there any solution other than exporting the video through CapCut before uploading?

Hello, for the past 2–3 days it says “5 photos are syncing with iCloud” in the Photos section, and the sync never finishes. Could this be an issue with the latest iOS version?
