Spam calls question

(Sorry in advance if this is a dumb question)

Whenever I go to a certain part of town or to a certain location, my phone would ring. The caller ID seems to be coming from a similar area. (Same area code but slightly different 7 digits). I just assume it’s spam and I never pick up.

Is there a reason my device would trigger some sort of spam call based on location?

RCS not working. Any fixes?

RCS is not great. Non of my messages are going through. I had to turn it off on my phone. But now, on my MacOS, the message group are still in RCS. Very annoying. Anyway to disable RCS on my Mac too? Or is this an iOS thing?

Lawn care frequency

How often are you guys cutting the lawn? I’m in the south Chicagoland area. It’s a multi unit. The lawn guy is trying to convince me that they need to cut it weekly. I’m not so sure. It’s not a big plot. I think bi-weekly is about right. Am I off? Should it be weekly?

eufy Security Smart Lock C30 not connecting to bluetooth?

Just got a eufy Security Smart Lock C30. How the heck is it suppose to get connected to the Bluetooth? I've tried resetting the app and the device. Batteries are brand new. But it won't show up on my app. The app will see the bluetooth for a sec then it'll jump into WiFi search mode. I don't have wifi set up yet in the new home but I want to set up the lock. Any ideas? I'm using an iPhone for the app. Everything is update to date.

Anyone know more info on this 94th Annual Meeting of the United States Conference of Mayors event? How did they get this mini festival funded? Who’s paying Sublime and Snoop to perform? Seems pretty extravagant.

Passed by the area. Not a lot of people know what was going on. Finally a few of us narrow it down to this 94th Annual Meeting of the United States Conference of Mayors event. They had this Great Gatsby like event at the part by Shoreline Village. Seems very extravagant.

Do not use Home Depot delivery - terrible services

My experiences with Home Depot's delivery service has been terrible to put it mildly.

I placed an order for a bathroom vanity through the website. I had it schedule to delivery on a weekday to ensure my contracting crew would be there to receive it. I didn't want it delivered over the weekend since no one is working on the weekend. To my shock, I get an email on Saturday morning at 5:50AM notifying me that they would deliver the vanity today (Saturday) and it's in route. I jumped out of bed and called there service number. The guy not he phone was very nice and helpful. He called the delivery and told them to reschedule it back to Tuesday. The guy on the phone even took a screenshot to confirm the change and emailed it to me. Well, to my surprise, the delivery still came on Saturday early afternoon. So I had to scramble to call someone to receive the order. Otherwise, it would have sat out in the driveway with no one to put it back inside.

This is the 2nd incident. A few days earlier, I ordered a simple toilet hose to be delivered. They literally delivered to the wrong address.

I'm starting wonder if I should avoid Home Depot completely.

TL;DR Don't use Home Depot's delivery service. They can't get delivery right.

Early assignment on Schwab

Anyone notice that Schwab tends to get assignment a bit earlier than others? This week, I had a $6 strike on RXT. Ends today technically. But it got assigned at closing of yesterday. It opened today well above $6. But it closed today at $5.82. No biggie. But it would have been nice to keep the 1 contract and sell CC next week. Now I just need to sell CSP on Monday back at or below $6 and hope it gets assigned back.

Anyway, this happened to me before on Schwab. I’m wondering what makes Schwab so special that my contracts are getting assigned earlier. It doesn’t happen to me on Fidelity. Strange?

Is Option Samurai legit?

I'm thinking of paying for the subscription. Are they legit? Meaning, is the company solid or will my information be compromised? I tried their screener and it's been useful for a quicker scan of my entry point. Makes it less insane than doing ti by hand on Excel.
