Knödel

Hi all!

I love germknödel, mohnnudeln, and all the knödels overall!

Can you please give me recommendations of places where I can get delicious knodels?

We had Zur Herknerin in mind but they are closed for the summer :(

Please recommend something you knödel fans!

Thank you!

Random thought

I’m watching Springsteen and Jeremy Strong is amazing as always. This guy really has range and can embody any character. And then I thought about how Robert Pattinson and him would make such a great combination. Cannot wait for this to be made reality, will wait and see 👀
What do you guys think? Have you thought about these 2 sharing the screen already?

Starting reintegration after 6 months burned out

Hi everyone, I’d really appreciate some advice as I’m about to enter a new phase at work.

At the beginning of this year, I went on burnout leave due to a toxic manager and work environment. Since then, I’ve had no contact with my manager and have only been in touch with HR. While HR has been supportive, I don’t feel that any real consequences have been taken regarding my manager’s behavior, which I (and others around me) consider unacceptable.

My company doctor has now advised that I start reintegration, but within a different team and under a different manager. I’ll be starting that soon, and I have mixed feelings about it.

On one hand, I feel let down by the company and I’m unsure if I want to stay long-term. I also feel a bit uncomfortable and even embarrassed returning after being away for several months.

On the other hand, even though I’ll be in a different team, I’ll still likely run into my previous manager once I’m back in the office. I’m not sure how to handle that, especially knowing she’s aware of how I feel, and that there have been no visible consequences for her behavior. In fact, she’ll soon be managing a new team.

I’m feeling quite nervous about returning. I’ve spoken to friends, but I’d really value hearing from anyone who has been in a similar situation, how did you handle it, and what helped you move forward?

Should I buy a racket?

I just started playing tennis a few weeks ago. My tennis teacher always lends me a racket every time I go to class but I was wondering if you would recommend I buy a racket this early on? Also, if yes, then what racket should
I get? I don’t want to make such a big investment (nothing over 100€ or so)
