Design ideas for areas near radiator
Hi! What’s are some fun ideas for these two areas on either side of the radiator? Note that it gets hot, and I don’t want to block the radiator with a built in or anything else!

People have been so helpful with another question I had. Hoping for some honesty and opinions here.

This sounds so dumb but I can’t find a good phone holder for the Kia K5 due to the screen placement and all! Any suggestions on ones you love? The real good bad kind where you can drive and use your phone :) if needed.

Hello, if my husband and I feel like we have a good eye, and are very specific about what we want when it comes to furniture and colors, can people play devils advocate, and share why an interior designer may be helpful?
On one hand, I feel like I want it taken care of for me, on the other hand, I am seeing that I’m pretty specific about what I want and feel like I would be guiding them too much.
Our apartment is going to be about 700sf. Also our GC is a good friend of ours that we’ve done a lot of professional work with.
Is paying for interior design worth it??

Advise on hiring an in-house recruiter
My company is hiring someone to do recruiting for our clients, our clients being restaurants hiring e.g. a general manager or a chef or something.
I have a few ideas on different pay structures for him, but also very important to say 1) recruiting is only half of his job, other half being HR management for clients, and 2) he’s starting really part time, transitioning out of something else he does.
For the other part of what he’s doing for us, about 50% of his already really part time with us, he will be getting paid hourly at $70 an hour.
For the recruiting portion for what he’d do with us, does it make sense to…
A) pay him $70 an hour and then xx% of whatever we make from the 15% of annual salary house gets for placement per se?
B) pay him a portion of the retainer we get and then xx% of the 15% of annual salary house gets for placement per se?
C) no hourly or retainer and just like e.g. 50% of the 15% of annual salary house gets for placement per se?
