Day 3 post op

Hello, im checking out of hospital wearing the compression ( is it supposed to feel that tight? ), the surgeon asked me to rest completely for 10 days, and i have a follow up saturday to change the bandages, what are the do's and don'ts during these days for experienced people?

Gyno surgery +/- liposuccion ⬇️

The doctor said that he'll be doing the gynecomastectomy without liposuccion(due to the lack of material in hospital ), is it enough? or i need the liposuccion paired with it for good results?

Guys, ive never been more confused, should i bulk or cut? the sole reason im asking this is because :

1/ The saggy chest makes me wanna cut ( idk if its gyno, loose skin or fat ) even tho i did a cut last yea and it didn't went away even when i had an ab vein...

2/ I still feel skinny/look like i don't lift, even after 1 and half year of lifting, i wanna fill my frame, thats why i wanna bulk correctly ( lean bulk, which ive been doing for the last 5 months idk why i didn't work so well maybe calories weren't enough 2.9-3.2kcals )

First cut 2021 : 103kgs > 77kgs ( 4-5 months time )

wasn't lifting from 2022-2024

late 2024 : Got back to lift but no diet

A year ago exactly ( April 2025 ) : Did a cut 85 > 77kgs got very lean but felt skinny

And about 6 months ago : i started lean bulking eating around 2.9 to 3.2 kcals bringing me to 80kgs ( 2 nd pic )

but now, ive never been more confused, should i bulk or cut? the sole reason im asking this is because :

Does my upper body seem lacking compared to my lower? and do i have bad tear drop genetics or i just don't have the mass yet? any advice/critique is welcomed
