"The Fall of Ravenwick Castle" - Demo

This is a pretty long demo for a 2d Medieval-themed Survival Horror game that I've just updated to be playable via browser. If you're a fan of the early Resident Evil style games, you'll probably appreciate it:

https://scary-pixels.itch.io/the-fall-of-ravenwick-castle

The game has everything you'd expect from an authentic Survival Horror game: zombies, puzzles, locked doors, inventory management, limited resources, etc etc.

"The Dark Path to the Black Tower" - Anomaly Horror game containing 90 anomalies

If anyone here is interested in the idea of a Medieval themed Anomaly Horror game, check out my game "The Dark Path to the Black Tower".

Following a recent update, the game now features 90 anomalies split between 3 campaigns ("The Knight", "The Leper" and "The Father").

Gameplay is similar to "The Exit 8" - in other words, it's like an interactive 'spot the difference', with some of the anomalies (or 'differences') being hostile entities. If you spot an anomaly, you turn around and exit the area on the opposite side; if there's no anomaly, you continue forwards.

The game is available on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4414450/The_Dark_Path_to_the_Black_Tower/

Big update to my Anomaly Horror game, adding 22 new anomalies (90 total)

If anyone likes the idea of a Medieval themed Anomaly Horror game, check out my game "The Dark Path to the Black Tower". Following a recent update it now includes 90 anomalies divided between 3 campaigns, each focusing on a different NPC ("The Knight", "The Leper" and "The Father").

The game is available on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4414450/The_Dark_Path_to_the_Black_Tower/

Hopefully this post is welcome here, I know that 'Hidden Object Games' and 'Anomaly Horror' games share some key similarities.

It's Weird Here: Prologue (CENSORED) by Scary Pixels

If you're a fan of retro-inspired games like FAITH, and Folk Horror films like "The Wicker Man" and "Midsommar", check out my game "It's Weird Here: Prologue":

https://scary-pixels.itch.io/its-weird-here-prologue-censored

This is the censored version. There's an uncensored version which provides more of an authentic 'Folk Horror' experience - fertility symbols (ie nudity) etc - but the censored version is effectively the same game but with certain visual features obscured.

The gameplay is inspired by the classic Resident Evil games, and offers around 20-30 minutes of gameplay.

The entire thing is a standalone 'demo' of sorts to another game that I'm currently developing, featuring different characters, locations and events to the main game (but with identical gameplay mechanics/aesthetics).

You play as a police detective investigating a museum on an isolated island linked to the disappearance of a history student. It isn't long before you realise that there's something not quite right about the people here...
