If I tap any key very quickly, the keypress is not registered immediately. But when I release the key, both the key down and key up events are registered at the same time (checked with Karabiner Events Viewer and in Vial Matrix test).
I did reset everything in the qmk settings in vial. I tried to rebuild the plate from scratch (disassambled and assembled).
Has anyone seen this on the Agar Mini EC or other EC/QMK/Vial boards? Could this be related to debounce, EC sensing thresholds/calibration, or a firmware issue?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
P.S.
Only one key works as expected. It seems like recalibration is needed, but I can't find a way to do this for agar mini. It seems it only supportes Vial, but Vial doesn't have a recalibration option. I tried Via, downloaded EC json from the oficial website, but there was no EC-tools button.

I figured this out by reverse engineering both via and agar firmware. One of the keys was producing ADC value of 155. Other 180+. And the activation is hardoced in a range of 148-160. I will consider adding this fix into opensource.
Some keycaps (letters and spaces) are gmk Taiga. Everything else is default.
