How to control Super Cruise data

Obviously GM is collecting data from Super Cruise users. It knows what roads you're driving on to give accurate GPS, and Lane assist. Also all the sensor data. How to I keep GM from using this data as a future revenue stream? Say from trying to sell it to insurance companies? And maybe not just the Super Cruise data.

For instance, user A, in state A, typically uses Super Cruise set at XX speed, on interstate XX, for xx miles between city A & B. Yes, it maybe aggregate, or it may not be. Maybe it's tied to an identifier that can also be traced to my VIN number.

If GM decides to shop this information around, to all the major insurance companies, then it won't matter if I switch from let's say Progressive to Allstate, one may decide I'm a higher risk because of something I can't control. Such as numbers of accidents on a certain road between A & B over the last interval months/years. They may also be able to know from the telematics that I'm towing. The data would indicate if it's likely a boat, horse trailer, car hauler, etc. So how do we keep that data from being used in ways we wouldn't expect? Not only for commercial purposes, but used by the government without a warrant?

Filled radiator with 100% antifreeze. Didn't mix it with water. Siphoned about 0.8 L out and replaced it with tap water. Can I drive it?

I have a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0L Turbo. Noticed some water under my car after driving. Probably the AC condenser but bigger puddle than normal. Let the car rest a bit and then went out to check the radiator since I hadn't in a while & figured a peek under the hood might tell me something. I don't think the radiator was completely dry, but I couldn't see a liquid level in there. So I thought a quick top off would help. Apparently it took more than just a bit and I ended up putting half a gallon of antifreeze in. Then I realized it was concentrate, and it was supposed to be mixed with water. After some Googling I got spooked that I was going to overheat with only antifreeze in there so I siphoned out about 27ish ounces. (About half of a 1.6L container.) I didn't have any distilled water so I filled it back up with tap water. It took about 36 ounces. (I used an empty clean large QT cup) I also filled up the overflow with tap water.

So by my math, half a gallon is 64 ounces. Since I pulled out about half that, and replaced it with water, am I good? Should I try to mix in more anti freeze or more water? Should I take it to a shop to flush and fill it? Why would my radiator (a closed system.) be low anyway with no signs of leakage?

Lawn mower air filter pre filters?

I saw these on Amazon & couldn't figure out what the hell they were at first. Then I realized but I'm still asking myself why? Do they make any difference at all? Aren't air filters cheap enough to be able to replace a couple times a year? Am I missing something?

Homewood Suites can't get live TV channels

We've asked the front desk people multiple times. Gotten various responses. The most recent is that it's an entirely new system that's only been in place for 2 weeks and they're just learning too, but Pluto should have TV channels. It does not.

The issue: From the main welcome screen there's a "Live TV" app. We select it. It shows a channel guide. Let's say, ABC, CBS, Fox, etc. You select one (any if them) then it goes to a Spectrum TV channel guide. But from there you can't navigate (up, down, left, right, etc) or select a channel. Just nothing works. You can go Home and select some of the pre-installed apps like HBO Max etc. Those work. But you can't just flip channels or watch live TV.

Has anyone had this issue? It's frustrating both of us & the front desk isn't very helpful.

Revolver hit by lightning. Is the ammo still okay?

Basically what the title says. I was camping during a thunderstorm & my revolver was hit by lightning. I had a hot tent with a portable stove. Handgun was underneath the stove on the ground. Pretty sure lightning hit both the tree beside my tent & the stove pipe as there are burn marks on the tent and the stove. Because my tent has a cutout flap in the floor, under the roof cutout for the stove pipe, I'm sure the lightning grounded into that. It's possible the gun wasn't affected. But I was about 200 yards away when it happened and literally the brightest light I've ever seen. It was wild.

But then I realized my gun might be affected. It's a 357 Magnum revolver but I had 38 special in the cylinder. I was just going to trash the ammo. I was just wondering is it safe to use? What would happen if I tried to use it? Is it dangerous to even fire? The gun, nor the ammo have burn marks and everything looks normal.

Just saw this sticker in the McDonald's drive thru on the car in front of me. Did a reverse image search & found the band from Reddit posts.

Why aren't boiled peanuts in Texas a thing?

Texas produces a lot of peanuts. 2nd largest producer in the US. Go east of here along I-10 and in every state to the Atlantic you'll find a gas stations with boiled peanuts. Luckily, Buc-ee's is also in most of these states, but I digress. If boiled peanuts are popular in other places, why are they less popular here? Personal preferences aside, is it more about demographics in Texas versus other places? I've lived in Florida, and it wasn't until I was out there that I realized boiled peanuts were even a thing.

Insulin Pen cases in hot climate

What type of insulin case (if any) do you use? I live in South Texas and it's heating up here. My doctor just changed me to a new insulin. I've seen all sorts of cases that are no ice, but still supposedly keep your pens cool, to ice pack stainless steel containers, to rechargeable fan lids that also use ice packs. Do any of these work? I'll be using my pens while I travel frequently for work. I will need to keep them with me in the car as I'm on the move and may stay at different hotels 2-3 times a week every couple of weeks. When it's easily 120°F + inside a parked car, these "no refrigeration" things just seem like there's no way, even vacuum sealed, that they can keep up.
