I am a student at some University and seeking legal guidance on holding the administration accountable for charging mandatory fees for services that are not being provided. This is a systemic issue affecting multiple departments.

Specific Fee Heads Charged vs. Ground Reality:

- Air Conditioning Charges (Rs. 2,000): ACs in classrooms are non-functional.

- Computer/Internet Facility Charges (Rs. 2,000): Lab computers are inaccessible; no internet in classrooms.

- Generator Fuel Charges (Rs. 1,000): No backup power during load shedding.

- Utility Charges (Rs. 2,500) + Dept. Maintenance (Rs. 500): near to zero drinking or washing water in the department despite extreme heat; broken equipment unrepaired.

- Field Work (Rs. 500) / Study Tour (Rs. 1,500): Activities either not conducted or grossly substandard

what legal steps can i be take against them. or do something in that situation faced by hundreds.

Days feels like nothing. few days ago i meet a guy, that genuinely make me feel special, secure. like never before. I wasn't a relationship type of guy but definitely i got a shoulder to cry on. and after that i realized live is pain to me. seeing my friends getting loved by someone how cares living there teenage. now at my 20s grow up without being loved by feels like i wasted my golden time. surviving, learning to live alone. an to be honest i don't even know why i did this. ruined it now regretting it. see couples are is real pain of what i learned which i should. getting grown up wondering when time will come and when I'll find the right person or maybe the way i adopt to this pain maybe story would never start. this thoughts, which I'm hiding inside me for years idk how long will i survive, will i ever bloom. ever get a chance to where ring.

I've been maintaining a repo with some Pi-hole blocklists for a while now and honestly it's getting hard to keep up with alone so I'm looking for contributors.

The repo has lists for

- Instagram

- TikTok

- Snapchat

- Android tracking

- DoH resolvers (so devices can't bypass Pi-hole)

- Huawei telemetry

- HiTV ads

- PUBG

The main issue is tracking domains change all the time and I'm a CS student so I don't always have the time to catch everything (because of research work).

I’m looking for a inverter that fits these specs:

- **Max Load:** ~2kW

- **Waveform:** Pure Sine Wave

- **Battery Bank:** 24V

- **Solar Input:** 4–6 panels (500W+ each), mainly for daytime charging & night good backup in case of blackouts

**Questions for you all:**

1. Which of these (or another model) reliably sustains 2kW peaks (of 1.5ton ac idles at 500-700w)

2. Can the built-in MPPT charge battery, our old inverter didn't gave any backup on mppt so i had to connect panels directly to battery

3. my dad waste money on e waste so i don't want that to happen this time.
