Is this just a depression?

I thought it was just deep sadness.
Then I thought it was depression.
Then I thought, “Definitely, it’s a severe kind of depression.”
I never knew that a part of me was lost every time
when someone left me without any reason,
when someone I loved passed away,
when I failed to achieve a dream of mine,
when life forced me to deal with things I never wanted.
When…
When…
When…
Every time, a part of me went away,
and never came back again

When will I get over the pain of the friendship ending?

I’m still in the early stages of a friendship breakup,
and I’m in a lot of pain.
It was a three-year friendship, and not a single day went by without us talking.
I can’t restore the friendship he was the one who decided to cut ties and I can’t sacrifice my self-respect just to get him back.
I’m really tired.

I need some advice

I know it’s often said that it’s better to look your best in front of the person who broke your heart, but I want you to put yourself in the shoes of the person who caused the hurt.
If you had broken someone’s heart and then moved on with your life, what would hurt you more: seeing that person happy and doing well without you, or seeing them drowning in sadness and depression?

Is there anyone like me

I’m a 25F and I’ve always been known for taking good care of my personal hygiene.
After experiencing depression, I stopped caring about my body and hygiene. Everything feels difficult now, even taking a simple shower.
My room is very messy, my hair looks really dirty, and I don’t even care about it anymore.
I want to start taking care of myself, my health, and my hygiene again. I want to feel like myself again.

I’m okay but..

He’s getting married this summer, and I’m dreading the moment I see his photos and videos. I’m scared of how much it will hurt. I just want to get through that day without seeing or hearing anything about it, but I know it will probably be right in front of me whether I like it or not.

I need your help

A few years ago, maybe six or seven years ago, I started experiencing pain in my heart. It comes and goes many times.
It’s like being on a roller coaster. Sometimes, it feels as if someone is gripping my heart and squeezing it. Other times, it feels like something is tightening around my heart.
Sometimes, it also feels as if my heart is racing.
All of my tests have been normal. My echocardiogram was normal, and my ECG was normal.
I also suffer from digestive problems. Could they be related to these symptoms?
I need someone to help me understand what might be wrong with me.

I wanna stop everything

I just want to stop waiting for something that may never happen.
I want to stop waiting for a text, an apology, or imagining scenarios that will probably never happen.
I just want to move on with my life and feel like myself again.

I’m very tired

A few weeks ago, I went through several serious problems that really affected my mental and emotional state, as well as my physical health.
I went to the hospital and saw doctors several times, but all my tests came back normal.
During the first few days, I couldn’t sleep or eat because of the pain in my heart. Eventually, I started taking a sedative, which helped me sleep.
However, the pain still comes back every morning, even immediately after I wake up.
I don’t know what to do anymore.

Takotsubo syndrome

A few weeks ago, I suffered a severe emotional shock. Then I felt as if something had stabbed me in the heart, and the pain persisted for more than 20 hours.
My stomach couldn’t tolerate any food or even water for two days. The pain didn’t stop until I took a sedative.
However, I still experience the same feeling every morning. My ECG and echocardiogram were completely normal.
Can anyone help me? Could this be Takotsubo syndrome, or something else?
