Gatekeeping is lowk tuff
I think gate keeping obliterates then potential to larp, because it makes the effort required to get a deep enough knowledge to larp something just difficult enough to where you would have to be genuinely interested in the thing in order to really know that much about said thing. It also protects our communities for people who do not care about the people who create the culture, only the culture itself. Gatekeeping also gives cultures time to grow and find themself before they are obliterated by the mainstream and become meaningless.
