I'm so f*cking tired of this
It's been 12 days. One day I think I'm feeling ok, and then I eat something that is immediately followed by the horrible cramps and running to the bathroom. I'm SO FUCKING OVER IT. It FUCKING HURTS AND I FEEL MISERABLE.
I'm generally a happy go lucky person but I'm wishing evil thoughts on anything and anyone that crosses my path.
I never even bothered to be careful about lettuce, I thought it was something people were exaggerating about.
Fuck me and fuck this parasite
Which one of you is this
This girl is literally telling people if you are the person who takes a early morning class and cant stay the entire time to simply not take classes. It reminds me of some of the people that complain on here ngl 😅 called someone out for leaving gasp 7 mins early.
(All in good fun don't fight me)
This video freaked me out
I know they're well loved influencers but this gave me uncanny vibes. They look like they bite
Post your wins! 8/9/2026 Thread
I feel like a lot of posts are questions and or concerns, so let's take some time to post your wins!
Mine:
I am finally at a place where I found a dose that helps me keep my eating volume effortlessly low (7mg split Sunday and Thursday).
I am down 35 pounds and even though I started in February I have really put in minimal effort and that feels great! No calorie counting, no cutting off foods etc. just trying to get at more balanced and trying to work on my "fake hunger cues" aka emotional eating when I can! (Oh chickfila sounds amazing right now.... wait I feel kind of lonely).
Anything like this in Denver?
I was recently in Texas and picked up this $7 meal from a H-E-B (grocery store) on their hot section and now I am so sad that something like this exists for others so casually. Is there anywhere in Denver where I can get a similar meal? It was beef with vegetables(important) and rice. Affordable, didn't have to get a big package and no I don't want Panda Express. Ok with pre packaged or restaurants! TIA
Psychiatric help for GLP Anhedonia?
Has anyone here had psychiatric help to help manage the Anhedonia from GLP? I tried switching from Zoloft to Lexapro and I couldn't make it through the adjustment period (truly lost all desire for anything). So now I'm back to Zoloft. After talking with my psych today I have realized that I am living at a pretty low level depression / Anhedonia but I feel like it's pretty much hand in hand with my upping my Reta dose.
I am generally very sensitive to dosage changes and don't necessarily want to up my dose if it's not going to really combat the glps effect on my mood
Part of me wants to just accept that this is the price to pay but also curious if someone has been able to fight the feelings using psych help.
Lemme socks
Probably could've realized this with a little more
research but these socks are made by lucky honey which I've figured out from the last SC collab are not my favorite and even run a little too big for my size 9/9.5 feet. Will still happily use them but now I'm wondering why they didn't do the cute little brackets on their own collab!
Also, the lemme gummies are terrible. They are HUGE and crumble in an unpleasant way in your mouth (think almost when you've chewed gum too long and it starts to melt away)
Reminder to cancel if your socks shipped
Tbh this was $25 spent solely for the grippy socks (which is cheaper than a lot of socks I've found in person)
Summer lippies not at Sephora?
I was hoping to snag some of the lippies from this new drop at Sephora but not seeing them on the Sephora website, are they only available through rhode?
Get the haircut! Fresh cut vs 9 months vs 1 year
I always had long naturally curly coarse hair growing up but decided to cut it when I turned 30 and spent 2+ years being sad about it with ZERO growth. I had a rat tail at many points...
Got a keratin treatment (that didn't work imo) and a much needed haircut (left me devastated) so I decided to lock in
The first few months I was diligent about taking hair gummies, collagen powder, oiling hair etc.
Now I mostly take the gummies, oil everyday still and sleep on a silk pillow. I also got a real** keratin treatment between the second and third pic.
Since people tend to ask:
-I love the garnier fructis morrocan oil
-the Olly hair vitamins
But TRULY I think it's best to find things that you will stick to (a hair oil you love that doesn't make your hair feel greasy / weighed down) and gummies that are in your budget and are tasty!
Bonding treatments made my hair often feel worse
Moral of the story... CUT your damaged hair off!!!! Trying to grow out damaged split ends hairs will leave you with rat tails and super crappy hair. Start fresh and you will get to a happy place in 3/4 months time!
ALSO, it's a big chunk of GENETICS. I had long hair since I was little but I truly realized that nurture matters too over nature by being stuck with dead short hair for 2 years.
[TOMT] Movie early 2000s
I recall watching a movie where the girl had a very hard life and felt ostracized while having extremely overly sexual, making out all over the place parental figures. Maybe was adopted / step parents? They were very absent.
There was a scene in the movie where the girl would talk to farm animals (a herd of sheep or goat?) and almost like whisper her wishes/ hopes to them.
This has been driving me crazy for years, thanks!!!
$1 side of meat from Taco Bell
Stopped to grab a birria (pulled beef dipping taco) from from T Bell and asked for a side of the meat for my leftover bowl of chipotle after I ate the 8 pieces of chicken they gave me. Wish chipotle could learn.
Split dosing to single dose
Can someone speak to switching from split dosing to single? I do 4.37 split ever 4-5 days and would like to switch to just 4.37 once a week but afraid of the side effects / if it'll make me super sick from the built up mg's in my body
Just thrifted these - I may start wearing high heels
"Vintage" (😭) Mossimo/target heels. These are so gorgeous and well made. They are deceivingly high heeled and I'm generally a comfortable sneakers girl but may have to take these out this summer.
I want to start out by being super honest and admit that I'm 1) PMSing and 2) know that this is such a victim mentality post. But I'm feeling super irritated with my extremely slow progress. Started Reta February and am only down around 16 pounds. Here's the thing, I am barely trying. I don't really limit any foods that I want I just make modifications (like getting a sandwich but no mayo/oil) and I'm feeling so frustrated that this isn't magically enough to lose weight as fast as other people.
I don't WANT to have zero appetite but why am I not one of the lucky ones that are that way anyways? Im very overweight and I feel like it should be coming off way faster .... I'm starting to wonder if this is yet another failed attempt on my part. Idk. Just feeling discouraged and emotional. Any and all feedback (including reality checks) welcome.
Hi! I'm 34F live in baker and wanna grab a drink and potentially flirt with cute guys tonight 💃
